Round 4 is a killer, back to back exercises are so intense on muscles.. i slow down in last but then the ending music pumped me up thank you sir for introducing this new version of workout
Great workout. Definitely gonna try these exercises! In my opinion they can lead to great results when combined with structured meal plan. Last week I took a plan from Next Level Diet. I'm already noticing solid results. The best thing is I don't have to go to the gym and I can eat food I like. 😘😘

Lediglich in Round 1 war mir etwas zu viel Wiederholung der gleichen Übungen und ich hätte mir etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Danke dafür! Ich probiere morgen das nächste von dir aus! I injured myseld probably when doing OH Press, so today i tried this Hiit workout thinking it would be easy, man i was diyng at min 15 :´0, great video.
despite of having good physique and going to gym regularly, doing this exact hiit workout was so exhausting , i am ganna do it again and again until it becomes easy for the next two months and i will comment after two months
Just found this, absolutely loved it! Couldn't quite keep up with the later abs exercises, my core has always been my weakness. Just what I needed though after a while out of the workout game. Thanks man 💪

nah take extra rest it just allows you to put more energy into the exercises. That's actually a key aspect of hiit!

If you want to burn big calories it needs to have explosive jumps. Maybe you should try LISS workout styles if you want low impact.
