    I love your compassion and understanding of the diversity of your culture and nationality. You have an understanding that not all Indians or people of the world are wealthy or of high class status. 🥳👍 Papaya is also easily grown in tropical places like India and Southern parts of US and the South Americans, so if have an area or place for potted plants and section of yard to dedicate for gardening, papaya is very easy to grow. Make sure to continuously water. Fruit trees and plants are thirsty friends so water often preferably in dust or dawn.

      Yes gooseberries do look like Amla but they don’t have the same healing or health benefiting properties as Amla. If you can not get fresh amla where you are then you can buy on line as amla powder but make sure it is pure amla powder. Hope this helps. Hare Krishna 🙏🏼

    This is good advice. All the main points are covered for each of the so called superfoods - curd, peanuts, ghee, amla, and papaya - very nicely. However, one needs to be careful about food combinations. Also, when to eat what and how much gap between each of them. This knowledge is also important - not covered in this video lecture - to derive maximum benefit and to prevent digestive problems.

    You’re right. However, everything we eat, even healthy foods, must be within the limitation of three months a year(it's a season). That is why there is a season for all fruits, nuts and vegetables. Moreover, when the season is gone, we must switch to different foods. Or else, because of too much of something, we will make trouble to our body and eventually our health. Just remember the balance and limitations at all times, and of course, eat less than too much. Thanks for the video.

    Thanks for reminding me to look for a papaya tomorrow... They are very expensive here in UK but I know of a local Asian food shop that has lovely ripe ones as a treat!💖

    Unfortunately, where I live, in Switzerland, papayas are very expensive. I simply cannot afford them regularly. Fresh amla is not available here either. I might be able to get amla powder but again, expensive... Shame that is !

    Thank you for educating us! In case of allergy reaction to peanuts, can we change it for almonds or walnuts?

      @rajasreebhaskarla4854 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Soaked peanuts may not cause any reaction.
      Eat only on empty stomach, chew well, start with 1tbsp of soaked peanuts.

    Ma'am, the milk that we get in metro cities is all adulterated. How will the curd be nutritious ?
    Also can you suggest a good ghee brand .

      @@theyogainstituteofficial @bomishroff Ghee and curd should be of A2 Cow I think.
      I used to take the local dairy milk and it's products and I suffered indigestion, bloating and sinus for many years.
      Now I've found a desi cow dairy and pay 3 times to get their products.
      But worth every penny.
