I am working on growing my enamel back. I have hole in back of tooth and was told eggshells help grow it back. I eat vegan, including triphala :). The issue is I tried bentonite clay and xylitol on my teeth and when I rinse it took off the part of my enamel on the already damaged tooth...I MUST be gentle from here on all my teeth. Would you recommend a calcium enamel rebuilding herb or other item to gently rub on my teeth...especially the tender damaged tooth that I want to rebuild? Thank you in advanced

Nachni or Ragi is an important source of calcium.
It is cheap, easily available than dried figs and Broccoli.
You can make so many dishes with Ragi/ Nachni.
Dosa, Idli, Parathas, dhoklas rotis or simply add it in your atta flour.

I would say even people on dairy and meat need plant based sources. Just had a look at the 250gms of tofu we eat which is prepared with calcium sulphate on Cronometer, the results for protein and calcium are amazing! Thank you for the video. With cooked broccoli add some freshly crushed mustard seeds.

I practice macrobiotics. I love seaweeds and yet it’s easy to forget to cook it daily. Just adding a piece of kombu cooking beans not only for minerals, it makes beans more tender and a wonderful flavor.

      @@arulprakasamn6121 sure happy to
Kombu is a seaweed. Dark and flat sheets.
If you are in the USA
      Whole Foods carry s it.
Cut a small strip with scissors and add to beans. It will soften and dissolve depending how long you cook beans. I aslo like to pressure cook beans.
If you look at Eden Foods website, there are tons of recipes… macrobiotics.
I even add kombu to canned beans, cook it more.

Goji berries have a lot of calcium. I also think one of the biggest foods overlooked by Hindu rooted yoga is seaweed. There is calcium, iron, vitamin A, iodine, and other “hard to get” minerals. A variety of seaweed/algae will also provide all amino acids. A human could theoretically survive on only seaweed. Although, feces would have to consumed for b12 like rabbits or gorillas.

the problem i think with soya is that it also has a high oxalate value so the oxalate combines with the soy and you pee it out so you dont absorb it... i wonderh ow much calcium you're actually getting after the oxalates have debilitated the calciums ability to be absorbed.

Very useful. I love Moringa and Brocolli. I use the powder often. I'll have to try figs and Amarinth too. Thank you!!!
