I've been doing your work outs for about a month ish, try to do a minimum of 3 per week most weeks I manage 5, I mix it up but I have my favorites. This past week I've noticed I've got some definition in my biceps and triceps for the first time in my life. Even my husband noticed it without me pointing it out. I love the simplicity of the moves whilst also feeling how well they're working each muscle. I dont find I'm having to force myself to work out like I have in the past. Thanks for creating amazing content ❤

The best home strengthening workouts- I find myself pressing play even on the days I don’t want to. Love the modifications, some days those movements are what feels best for my body. Keep posting the amazing workouts! Would love to see a program too!
Ditto!! I will admit that the ones without those, I will forget to do a warm up. I’d more likely remember to do the cool down… Lower probability of forgetting that cos my body is vehemently reminding me that it’s overheated and wanting a cool shower. Once the cool-down is included, then my ‘cool-down’ isn’t a hasty, desperate attempt, no time wasted, gotta have that cool shower NOW!🤣

Seriously so happy I found your videos! I came from another channel after being frustrated that I didn't find their videos challenging enough for my fitness level. I love that you have a ton of videos that incorporate weights and are the perfect level of challenging while still being doable. And if I find a move too easy, I just increase the weight. I recently discovered you, after trying different online fitness instructors. At 63, and recently navigating through some old injuries (and aches/stiffness!), I find your format doable! Just the right pace that I feel worked out, but not scrambling to keep up (and risk more injuries lol). And I LOVE, love the compound movements, and modifications! Thank you so much. 🤩❤
I love that your workout format is simple (45 sec on, 15 sec off) so its easy to follow early in the morning! This was the perfect workout for a day that I didn't want to exercise, and I'm glad I did! I felt the burn in the best way!

The standing workouts are my favorite ones. IDK why it seems so difficult to get down on the floor. Or maybe it's the getting back up again part! 😂 Either way, I love these. 20-25 is my sweet spot attention-wise, and I also really love the slow pace and not feeling rushed.
