  • Its another dance workout to get excited about! And since afrobeats has been such a hit among this community, I have decided to bring it back with ab exercises that will get you feeling the burn first thing in the morning. This workout will help activate your core so you are reminded throughout the day to squeeze your core for both positive changes and posture correction.
    Throughout this workout, what I want you to focus on is pushing your belly button into your back or bracing your core as if someone is about to punch you in the gut. Sometimes that can be challenging to do and breathe at the same time, so what I suggest is that on your in breath you relax a bit, and on your out breath, push the air out while contracting your core.
    You've got this; just have fun with it!

    Omggggg I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and fighting to try to stay healthy and active in the crazy 1st trimester....this workout was sooo fun, the music was PERFECTTTTT and I didn't even feel like it was 12 mins of abs! Please keep these coming!!!

    i am diagnosed with depression and anxiety, i've taken 20kg since the first time i was hospitalized in a psych ward. but i've been working out constistently for 2 months now and i could not be more proud of myself :)

    1Thank you so much for rescuing me from the sunken place of depression I was reaching since I lost my mom! I started watching your videos while curled up in bed, refusing to get up!     I loved it! I am 8weeks post partum and this was my first workout back to it! I had twins in 2020 then less than 2 years later had another baby so needless to say I've gained weight. I'm ready to get my body back with the help of Jo!! ❤️🙌

    Ma City and Silver spoon by BTS have really great hard-hitting beats that are not too overwhelming. Perfect for spring and summer for more upbeat dance workouts Jo! Just did one of your 3 mile HIIT and I can't believe I finished it all!

    Quick and fun! I enjoyed it.
    However, what i find the most effective is when you do 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest walk.

    I'd lost 2 dress sizes from solely your workouts (no diets) in 3 1/2 months last year .. then traveling and other responsibilities hit this mommy and I've gained it all back.. But it's just you whO can convince me to try working out again and ACTUALLY feel happy doing it👍🏼

    this was amazing I really love these workouts they are so fun please can we get some more of the no jumping workouts because I workout in my room and don’t want to disturb my family downstairs these workouts mean a lot to me I start one every morning and feel great afterwards it’s nice to find a workout that is fun and makes you feel like your not working out keep up the great work jo your making a big difference to how people workout
