@@MeiRey007 hey so I did this 15 min video once a day after dinner, I also incorporated some kettle bell workouts for like 20 mins. As far as calories I use my fitness pal app which tells me to consume 1700 calories per day but I usually only eat about 1300. Hope I was able to answer all your questions.

@@melissaortiz5909 My biggest change was switching to only drinking water. I also do intermittent fasting. I eat twice a day, usually a lean cuisine meal or Healthy Choice. Then if I snack, I will eat things like pickles, cucumbers, fresh fruit and veggies.

I am 13 and very ashamed to say that I really struggle with negative body image and I feel like I'm very overweight, my goal for this year was to work out 4 times a week. It's into February and I'm so happy to say that I have stayed with that goal. And I've been running a mile every day and doing a workout video if I feel like it. Jo, I know I've never met you in person, but you are really my hero because sometimes I don't feel like working out but your videos motivate me and make me feel so energized and good about myself so thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I cried after watching and working out to this video. I've been using your videos for maybe 3 months now and I've lost 25 pounds. I've been changing my eating habits and my body is responding well. Anyways, I cried because I have sciatica. I had a flare-up this past week and went 4 days without working out. I was so sad and upset. Now that I am better I did something not as intense that my body already knows. I was so worried that I mentally would give up on myself and not get back into working out. I pushed through and did this 15-minute workout!
YALL i’ve been doing this workout for the past 3 months twice a day along with eating less and walking for 30 minutes. i lost 15 pounds!!!! 145 to 130!!!!😭 update: i reached my goal weight of 115 and have been maintaining for the past couple of months!!! im so happy🩷

@@Strawberrieswithhoney i think the most important thing is to focus on your diet. working out is optional but i would definitely recommend you at least walk because it will quicken up the process🫶
I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant and have been doing your workouts since rebounding even walking on it, was messing up my neck etc, and praise the lord, I've been feeling so good. I usually hate cardio. Praying I can keep it up and it'll help my varicose veins too! Thanks Jo!
Starting working out with your channel is one of the best thing I've made in 2022. Started on November and now, with intermitten fasting, I've lost 3kg. Not a big number but I feel from 68kg to 65kg brings a big effect on my body, such like I am not easly tired like before. Love you, Jo! 💖

I’ve done a few of your workouts before and I’ve always enjoyed them. But I have a hard time with consistency. I’ve decided starting today I’m going to try and do one of your videos at least four times a week and since I was bored I did this one today. It was great and challenging. I’m not sure of my current weight but I know I’m at least 320lbs.

Consistency is something that I have always struggled with too! It’s truly a struggle, but I know you can do this! One thing that helped me is the reward at the end of a workout, it can be small things. Personally I LOVE how I feel after a workout I feel like I accomplished something that I honestly didn’t want to do and how I am one day closer to my goal with that workout. Starting is the hardest part! Reward yourself until it becomes a habit :) good luck!! Cheering you on

Thank you Jo for your statement that workouts do not have to be long! I find that short workouts work better for me! Your workouts bring joy and fun! Would love 5 minute or 10 minute walks. Sarra from the channel Heart Breathings mentioned in her video Getting More Done with 90 day goals, when she discussed her Goal 2 about setting good, better and best goals. So for walking, it could be like 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes. You are still working on your goal of walking!

Said I was only able to do 15 mins today. Ended up doing this and another 15 min wokrout and an 8 min abs video. Just got to get started. Plan to get in a long walk today outside too for 30 mins. It can be fun and something to look fwd to. Thanks Jo!
Hi, I'm 12 and weigh 170lbs (5ft 5in) and have been over weight my whole life I did and didn't exercise over the years but I have had this big motivation. To lose 50 pounds before high school (17 months) and I have decided to this workout the morning and night workout with a 1mile walk. I had trouble understanding the exercises at first but over the few days I have been doing this I have learned them. It's so much fun and motivation videos helped me get here. Remember that skinny can be overrated and having a little meat on your bones Is healthy. "Clothes are meant to fit you, you are not supposed to fit clothes" -Spencer Barbosa. There are people out there that wish they could have your body. Food is energy. Do Do starve yourself.. that slows your metabolism and makes the process harder.. Believe in yourself. Be patient and what you want will come. Time fixes everything. I hope this helps. 😁❤
Hey Cactus Lover!! Can I just say as a young adult, seeing your comment was so beautiful and refreshing. When I was your age, I really didn't speak like that about myself. I was consistently conscious of my body, and felt like I needed to be super skinny to be beautiful, and to be loved. But obviously, and thankfully, I was wrong :) Each body is beautiful, and everyone deserves love.
I've only started learning now what you already know at such a young age - you're incredible in your own skin! Working out is for heart health, to have fun fun, and to feel good about yourself! God gave us the gift of these bodies to take care of.

Your workouts have helped me to continue on this journey for over a year now. I decided to make a change to be healthy and keep up with my kids back in July 2021. That's when I started and haven't looked back. It's not perfect but like you said consistency is key and to keep going as long as you're moving. I'm down to between 284 and 289lbs. I started at 353lbs so I know I'm making progress 💪. Slow and steady wins the race right 😁 I want to concentrate on making it a lifestyle so I can keep it off. We go this let's ggggooooo

I don't have a weight scale, so I can't tell you my total weight loss, but I have been doing this workout along with another 12-minute workout of yours, twice daily, 5 days a week, and the weight is visibly melting away. It is noticeable in my face, and chest, and my collarbone is more visible now! I still have a long way to go, having started at around 210 pounds (5 foot 10), I would guess I am around 200 now due to your workouts. I will keep going. I have been following for only 2 weeks, and already such a huge difference is there. I was highly sedentary and emotionally ate sugary snacks all the time. Doing your workouts has gotten me off my tail, and now my sweets addiction is more under control (1 cheat day a week allowed).

Ok, so I just completed this 15 minute cardio workout....whew Jo, this is good.. I loved the way it was easy and quick and I felt like I was burning fat... I like the way you have the timing on each exercise and the mirror to show what's next. Your workouts are great. I haven’t worked out in 5 months bc I had a strenuous job and honestly my body was beat down. I’m 50 years old and I was working in a warehouse and I was dragging for 5 months but I have a new job and my body is finally feeling good. This is my first work out and this was perfect. I just realized that one of the things I love the best about Jo, she is obviously in great shape, but she motions us through the workout to keep going as if she herself is wore out at times. The genuine celebration at the end is also epic. I don't believe it is fake in anyway, she knows many of us are trying, just starting, failing at times. I haven't been around for a few months due to mental health. I got up today at 4am and here we are! Week 1: 15 mins cardio session with strength training and then I'll gradually increase your video to 30-40 mins each week then the 4th week will try the 1hr long sessions! I'm so excited to be back. I just started working out with this video of you three days ago after years without any physical condition at all. And today is the third day I'm doing it and Im already seeing results in my condition, not my body, but my condition. Your fun and amazing workouts have made me stay consistent with my workouts and healthier eating I am in month 4 and have already managed to get into 2 pairs or my pre pregnancy jeans which were two sizes smaller than the once I was wearing after having baby number 2! I just read the comment section sometimes when I don't feel like continuing, it's a great help! motivates me 10 times out of 10! I have just started these workouts and they make me feel good. I am not sure if I'll see any results anytime soon because my diet and routine are bad, maybe if I can build this habit, others will follow!!! I'm 4ft 10'' and have been overweight all my life. currently at 70kg which is the heaviest I have been overtime. Wow I love this one! I actually did it twice and the stretch once but made my stretches a bit longer. Going in my favorites for when I have no energy of which was me when I started this workout and hit my inhaler halfway thru and I was not done when she hit the stretches so I rewound it and did it again! Hi I am one of your silent subscribers that just joined. I am a mom of 4. Gave birth to the 4th child 09.05.2021. it's been a journey to say the least. just wanted to say so far I've lost 6.20lbs in the past two weeks. Im so amazed i got through 15mins without even noticing. Love this workout.... Im super proud of myself! Usually when i used to do your 10 min workouts i would be exhausted but i can safely say ive come a far way being able to make it 15 mins and having done ALL the workouts 💪🏻

Love this workout! Usually I don’t comment but this was two thumbs up good. I’m in my hotel, knowing I need to move but without my usual equipment (kettlebells). Put this on and I had so much fun and got in some movement too. This is great for taking your exercise commitment seriously while also making it fun!

GIRL, I haven’t worked out consistently or followed my eating plan from grow with jo in like 4 months since me and my hubby went on vacation at the end of summer, vaca mode broke it and I haven’t really come back since. Have gained back about 5 lbs over that span and just did this workout 😂 YIKES, my legs are tight! Had some terrible news Saturday, had an unexpected death in the family, so I've gone way off track. Starting tomorrow I'm going to push myself to do at least 20 minutes everyday. My minds all over the place but hopefully moving my body will help!

Hey everyone, im new, my name is Alyssa and after having mg baby girl, i became very unfamiliar with my body, as i put on lots of weight while pregnant ((I blame the ceavings 😂😂)) i fell into very bad postpartum depression to the point where i was very demotivated to do anything. I have gotten better and doing these exercises for the past few days have done me a world of good. Im currently 11.7 kg, i hope to get down to 9 at least. Gonne do these exercises 2 a day, and have two relaxing days. Thank you so much, Jo for popping up when i needed you. 💕
