    Thank you. I love your kundalini sets. This Particular one made my mind go crazy chatter! I found it challenging. when I opened my mouth my face scrunched up and my shoulders, when i gaze at my nose my head hurts from going cross eyes, so i tried gently gaze down, which brings my head down. I spent the whole time readjusting and in tension. My mind was constantly, lift your head up, do this, do that. Ha ha. I could only do it if I didn't open my mouth much and closed my eyes. Is this one not for me or am I doing it 'wrong'.
    I personally find the best one to calm the mind is 16 short inhalation type meditation.This stills me completely. In kundalini is it a case of 'finding what works for you and doing that' or sticking with the most challenging as this is where my mind needs stillness ( sometimes in life the most challenging is the thing showing you the place that needs healing .could you give me pointers on this? Thank you. Have a blessed day. You are wonderful!

      Thank you! The answer is in the middle, yes we need to challenge ourselves and follow the rules but do the best we can and feel good about it until we master it, modify postures as needed, with time it will come natural. One more thing, the focus on the nose is just illustrative, focus in one point ahead of you, it just helps with calming our mind and keeping our focus, hope this helps (prayer_hands)

    Can we do this as a sadhana (I mean do it everyday for a while) to feel better long term?

    Do you breathe through your mouth or nose during this Kriya?

    This was the first Crea that I did where I was unfocused Restless and wanting it to be over. That even includes the 40 days that I did with you for the weight loss. I wonder what that means 69 days that I was really present and wanting to do it and today not so much. Any insight?

      Hello Beti! I guess we all have those days where we feel resistance to practice. I'd say just acknowledge the feeling and ask yourself 'what is stopping you from practicing?'. You may get some insight there. Blessings, Mariya 🙏❤

    Are we supposed to do these in order? Or can I jump in and do one I feel is relevant to me on a particular day?? 🤷

    • @blumelein
      @blumelein 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You don't have to do them in order. Pick one what suits for the day, or two.

    Brilliant meditation. Could I ask for your insight into why the left side of my face, particularly around my cheek, jaw and lips were literally trembling? I’m guessing tension built up over the years. And can I check that we are definitely breathing through the mouth with this. Beautiful work and I love your work. Thank you for sharing your wisdom a

      Thank you! Yes, it's normal to experience different kinds of physical and emotional states during practice because of tension release, you just have to notice if they go away with time, you should feel good both physically and emotionally, stamina and flexibility are build up with time, just keep up 😊🙏
