Day 35 . I got lost in this mediation . My mind was jumping around. I focus on the sensation of the fingers. More practice is needed on this one. Almost done and have love it so far. Sat nam and thank you 🙏
Hi Mariya, I really loved this session as yes I’m confused on loads of things. At the end I had tears rolling from my eyes. 1st time it’s happened since I’ve started almost 2 weeks ago. Is it because it resonates in me or maybe cos I’ve done the release anger one earlier this afternoon? Thanks
Hi Kristy, it's very common to burst into tears during Kundalini YOga practice since Kundalini Yoga is very powerful in releasing stored emotions. It's a good way of releasing what we're holding on to. However, we don't want this to be a scary experience so if you feel panicky during the practice, feel free to stop or take a break until you feel better. Hope this helps. Blessings, Mariya
