I’ve listened to his hypnosis for about 3 months and I’m telling you I’m not the same person anymore. My confidence is more than it’s ever been and the odd thing was I didn’t even realize it was happening. My job skills have improved where I struggled before and now I just calmly make the changes , where before I got so much anxiety I would sabatoge myself. Not anymore. Thank you paul

The only thing they can do is decide if they want to get paid for making and posting the video or do they want to do all that work for free and considering how much work it can be to make some videos, I highly doubt they want to do it for free. I hate ad’s to, that’s why I pay a monthly subscription, because it stops showing me ad’s on TH-cam and TH-cam Music, plus there’s other benefits.

If it works, why would you need to listen to it every day? When I use hypnosis with a client they don't need to come back for more sessions for that same issue. It only takes making the change once. Where did you learn hypnosis that teaches that it must be reinforced with daily repetition?

I really got into this video until the unexpected adverts pop after 11 minutes.. 😵💫I had to skip ads and then quickly get back into it again . There was 3 advert pop ups I had to skip during this vid. Love your soothing voice. Love to try again 🥴
you have to pay a subscription to TH-cam to have adverts removed, the uploader has no control over the adverts. Unless you subscribe you will always have adverts popping up on what ever you view on TH-cam. I signed up on the family package months ago and I would not go back to having adverts interrupt my viewing of you tube, it used to be so frustrating. Now I don't have that, money well spent to subscribe to have them removed. I listened to this entire program with no interruptions x2
I just finished my 200th session of this trance in 3 months and 3 days!❤❤ I feel so different and people have pointed out that I behave differently, and my posture and body language are different. I am told I went from "looking uncomfortable" to "looking very comfortable". I handle professional phone calls differently, am Iess angry with someone who hurt me, I am comfortable talking spontaneously to complete strangers, have made a familial relationship breakthrough with my cousin at her wedding, I think very differently and am comfortably being vulnerable with relatives! I've been listening daily for almost 3 months now, and after the first month alone I was noticeably much more confident, all the way down to the body language. Through the second month my brain was really rewiring itself and it caused emotional turbulence and sad, frustrating thoughts, but those were temporary, and more importantly they inspired me to reach out to my cousin during her wedding and tell her how much I loved her. It really shifted the dynamics of our once cold relationship! Also, I can speak to anyone with ease and no hesitation, even total strangers. My ADHD makes me unable to listen to smth more than once since I immediately get bored after the first listen. Can't even listen to a 5 minute sleep hypnosis file that helps me since after 2-5 times, I just want to let out an annoyed sigh and end myself x-x

Ditched Netflix and used the money for TH-cam premium instead.

It seems commercial's are a big problem, but this meditation (hypnosis)works for me....
Zach Pincince is great with teens and his own age group. Paul is great with adults and everyone that really matters.
