    In this class we will focus on balancing the mind and body, controlling our mood and metabolism. We will tackle anxiety, remove negative thoughts, overcome our negative emotions, and learn how to find mental balance through our home yoga practice. The following exercises will work on the 13th, 14th , 15th vertebrae and the liver. Thus, we will neutralise the being and help prevent depression and other negativity. This mudra controls the entire nervous system and thus balances emotional moods with body metabolism.

    That was such a fun song you picked from Aykanna, I haven't heard that one before. I was thrilled when Sukhdev surprised us students at my Khalsa Way teacher training with Gurmuhk and Wah. Thank you for these daily sadhanas, I am committed every morning, although I started late I am so extremely appreciative!

    I am going through a divorce and been having a very difficult time. My life is changing dramatically. When I did the meditation this morning, I got such a strong feeling of "Don't resist - go with the new direction - you can't stop it" it was so strong, even though the mantra was very uplifting, the message I received brought tears to my eyes. I feel lighter now and I know today will be a good day. Thank you Mariya x

Before the sun rises it's darker - we don't know what the future/god/universe (call how you want ) but the higher power knows what's best for us even if we don't at that moment can understand and we wonder why us - but life happened for us, not to us !!! I found strength in Kundalini mantra's, energy work and metaphysics...things I would never have been exposed to in my 'old' life! I can now see how things really do happen FOR us and not TO us!     Hi Mariya! I'm loving the challenge and your calming energy. It has helped me getting back on track with my mental health, as oftentimes we tend to deviate. I keep on feeling nauseous and having a gag reflex whenever we pump the navel (in this kriya or other ones). I was wondering why that might be? It doesn't happen during breath of fire, just during exercises.

      Hello! Thank you so much for your lovely words. I'm so grateful to hear that you're enjoying the practices. Are you new to Kundalini Yoga? If yes, it's quite ok to feel discomfort pumping the navel. It takes some practice to get comfortable with it. I'd suggest doing gently and slowly until you get used. It doesn't have to be a very strong pump- you can do it gently. Hope this helps. Blessingsx

      Holly,It might put too much pressure on your tummy when it's in such a sensitive state. You can do the exercise very lightly, or better yet, skip it altogether and practice deep, slow breathing! 🙏❤️

    Thank you again for the practice! When we were doing the mudra meditation at the end oh, I was unable to follow the chanting so I used waheguru waheguru waheguru goi,is that okay?

    Love kundalini, love the program you give us here it's wonderful but I really don't like the New Age music, really do prefer to do a meditation saying the words with nature sounds, anything but this not great music sorry ! It's impossible to concentrate and go deep with age music besides some music by Deva Premal...

    I love the chant Gobinday Mukanday and there is so many great or just good versions of that chant, but this is the worst that I have heard, Al that nonsense signing in the middle of the chant. Great set otherwise and great challenge!
