    Thank you for this video. I suffer physical brain fog due to a specific condition and these exercises from the scratch actually increased my dizziness sensation. Maybe not meant for actual brain fog but more likely for people who need to be refreshed and energised... Just my opinion.

    thank you so much Mariya for your energies. :-) you definetly support me in my way of healing.
    I have one question: how much do have to look up in the end during the meditation? until my eyes are shivering is too much, no? Thank you

    • @Kundalinilounge
      @Kundalinilounge  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ideally the whole time but if you don't feel ok, definitely release (any position, body or eyes), you can start with less time and slowly increase as you gain stamina/flexibility.

    Amazing,thank you. The stretching up and down the spine was yum. The part of the Crea will you criss cross your arms on your knees while sitting in Easy pose, I didn't feel anything in my shoulders so my intuition said switch arms and oh my God! So maybe when you do this Cree with other people or other people that are doing it now they can switch arms. Happy Thanksgiving 2019. I'm grateful for you!

    Brainfog occurs only when you focus more on the uninterested and not understandable things and always thinking about them makes it more worse.sorry for my english because I'm also stuck in the same situation.

    what Hz frequency do you use for your sessions?

    • @Kundalinilounge
      @Kundalinilounge  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not a specific one, we have recorded our own special binaural album to use in the meditations, one of them was a 4hz but other than that, we don't use a special frequency and we use a lot of public music as well.

    Namaste. This krya is amazing! Can I do the first posture using breath of fire?

    • @Kundalinilounge
      @Kundalinilounge  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sat Nam. The instructions are given with long, deep breathing but if you'd like to try with breath of fire you can do so. Blessings

      @idalmoduarte2056 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Kundalinilounge thank you so much for answering! This first posture, using breath of fire, is the single most powerful one of all in kundalini yoga for me. I feel that after doing it for two minutes I must do a long shavasana to fully absorve the benefits.
