There is lot of similarity in her journey of knowing her self.with that of Baghavan Ramana Maharshi who left his home at the age of 12 and came to Thiruvannamalai to undertake his long expedition to know yourself. He clearly elucidate it in his book Who Am I which is a master piece in spirituality. What Lena is trying to explain about the various realms of existence I S nothing but the various Kosas or layers as explained in Thaithreeya Upanishads .
