ഒന്ന് മനസിലാക്കുക ലെന ചേച്ചി പറയുന്നത് അവരുടെ ആദ്ധ്യാത്മികമായ അനുഭവങ്ങളും അതുവഴി അവർക്ക് കിട്ടിയ ജ്ഞാനവും ആണ്..... ആ അറിവ് അവർ നേടിയെടുത്തത് ഒരുപാട് കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടാണ്..... അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സാധാരണ ഒരാൾക്ക് അത് മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ വളരെ കഷ്ടം ആയിരിക്കും....

@sreeharim9780 it's hard explain here. But basically in his studies of 'spontaneous remissions' from around the world (2000 plus happens every year), the one constant was the one who experienced entered a trance like state where he was absolutely sure beyond any doubt that he will be cured. The meditations are to focus on minor improvements in pain and reduction in voices that initially says opposite of what we want the result to be. Then slowly walk towards noticing more and eventually slowly it will happen.
