Osho's philosophy is best for those who are looking for spiritual happiness while enjoying material sense pleasure . Which is impossible. Spirituality is not meant for those who are addicted to sense enjoyment.
A spiritual person (yogi) when he attains complete knowledge he will become the most satisfied and happiest person.
Lord Krishna says
In the stage of perfection called trance, or samādhi, one’s mind is completely restrained from material mental activities by the practice of yoga. This perfection is characterized by one’s ability to see the Self by the pure mind and to relish and rejoice in the Self. In that joyous state, one is situated in boundless transcendental happiness, realized through transcendental senses. Established thus, one never departs from the truth, and upon gaining this he thinks there is no greater gain. Being situated in such a position, one is never shaken, even in the midst of the greatest difficulty. This indeed is actual freedom from all miseries arising from material contact. BG 6.20

It’s a long process.Once I started following manifestation ,affirmations and positive thoughts,I started getting things easily than before.Read books like power of your subconscious mind to understand more.

Also to understand she talking nonsense here. Manonigraha literally killing the mind is a requirement for enlightenment. Also Vedic literature never ignore reality at all, the point they make is when you cease to be influenced by the mind so much you see reality as it is and that you have a better grasp on reality.

I had been travelling through all these multiverses of philisophy and psychology in the past two decades. Now Ive found my reality in rationality and science.
One can travel boundless into the fathoms of the unknown defying logic and postulating about the so called 'truth' and reality but whatever is unknown is just an opinion or subjective experience.
