I did this for 14 days with a food diet AND IT WORKED!!!! (I totally recommend this exercise!!) I got abs a slim waist, and my legs were skinnier lol my 🍑 grew and my arms were stronger DO ITTTT!!!!! My collarbone and neck could never be so visible lol

Sept 1st: My legs are sore and tired, but I definitely got my blood pumping!
Sept 2nd: When I woke up, my sides were feeling the workout. I just completed it and my body is still exhausted afterwards.
Sept 3rd: my thighs and waist are sore, but it's getting easier to workout.
Sept 4th: completed! It's starting to actually loosen my sore muscles.
Sept 5th: still going strong! If I can do it, so can you! And i typically do these after working a night shift, so I'm really pulling through.

Realmente son ejercicios muy fáciles y que los puedes hacer muy rápido.Los resultados son muy buenos los estuve haciendo una semana para ver si veia resultados y la verdad me sorprendió,en 5 días ya me había bajado mucho mi panza,los vestidos en donde se me veía mucho la panza ya no se veía mucho, realmente les recomiendo esta rutina si lo que quieren es bajar la panza.💕

Hello, I did exercises and on the third day, you will feel pain in the waist and legs on the second day. However, continue training until you reach the body you want. Note: I have a waist, why do I have a big stomach, but I did it to reduce a little fat. 😢

So I've been doing this off and on for maybe a week. I'm not consistant and thats okay. Cause over time, I was able to take less breaks and don't feel as tired as quick. I do have a weight loss app. I try to do both, now I'm all over adding my own excercises if I feel like I didn't get enough

btw I already eat well, do a fat burning bike ride every day, I also walk 10k steps most days and drink a litre of water daily.
day 1:✅pretty simple, no breaks
day 2:✅again I found it quite easy, everone in the comments said it hurt so I did it in the mirror to see if I was doing my form right and I was, so I don’t understand how it doesn’t hurt for me? I’m trying to eat foods to boost my metabolism. I didn’t see any results which is a good thing since, if you get results to quickly you gain everything back really quickly, please remember that in your fitness journey!
day 3:✅I was really sore today, due to yesterday I did gymnastics for the first time in AGES.
day 4:✅still sore from the gymnastics !! Also, I will be doing another workout on top of this so that together it’s a 16 minute moderate workout. The other 8 minute workout I will be attempting is a full body workout!
day 5: ✅barely any motivation today, but I pushed through and did it!
day 6:✅I almost didn’t do it today but I told myself I wanted to be healthy and fit, remembering my end goal. So I did it, and I honestly cannot believe that we are this close to 1 week! Time has truly flew by. I think I might see the slightest bit of change. I will also try and weigh myself as soon as possible.
day 7:✅a week done! ima try and weigh myself today.
day 8:✅motivated but very tired today. not doing the other 8 min workout today, as I found another standing abs workout that goes for 10 minutes! so we’ll see how that goes!

Day 1: super easy but felt effective, sweating a lot, didn’t drink water throughout so was dizzy, made my heart rate go up, very good overall.
Day 2: again it was really easy, I didn’t sweat as much, I had a headache before hand and it got worse after working out, my calves really hurt already before I was jumping on a trampoline for a couple hours, love this exercise I will keep doing it :)
Day3: only did half the workout because I was feeling really Ill, sweat a lot as it was a 30 degree day, didn’t feel as great and doing much to my body but it’s part of the process :)
Day 4: rest day :)
Day5: really exhausting because I did one of my other workouts before this. I’m seeing a big difference in the size of my waist it has gotten a lot smaller. The side of my breasts have lost some fat and my hip dips are slowly disappearing. I know this is a lot for 5 days but know that I have been doing 3 other workouts everyday as well. I also noticed my clothes are feeling looser around my waist and hips. My current weight from the past 5 days is 74.9 which means I have lost 1.2 kg
Day 6: didn’t do much today except on my phone so It felt good doing some exercise. I ate 2 meals today plus a bowl of ice cream. It was really easy today and I sweat a lot still. I’m going to say how much I eat everyday from now on. I had a bowl of Rice Bubbles this morning and 3 sushi prices for lunch. I had a bowl of mint ice cream and I also had a coffee in the middle of the day.
Day 7: one week in! I decided to do it in the middle of the day instead of just before bed which was so much better and felt more refreshing. I sweat a lot. I can see my stomach getting so much flatter and I’m not getting bloated. My hip dips have really shrunk along with the size of my breasts. I’ll come back later to tell you what I ate today. I have a bowl of cereal and pasta.
Day 8: I didn’t sweat at all and was super easy. I had a pizza role for dinner and that’s all I ate.
Day 9: didn’t have time so i guess a rest day
Day 10: did a lot of other workouts cause I felt guilty after eating kfc. I didn’t sweat much but I wasn’t motivated. I was bloated today because i ate a burger (my body can’t deal with fast food) so I felt insecure. I wore my school uniform which is thick so made me look bigger and now I feel disgusting and back where I started. I keep thinking I look exactly the same even know I know my waste is smaller but I feel ugly. This is part of acceptance it will pass by tomorrow xx
Day 11: didn’t do it because I didn’t have enough time x
Day 12: great and I did it at 4 o’clock I ate an omelet at breakfast, ham and cheese toasted at lunch and I also had some chips but I haven’t had dinner yet

baby you are so much like me. I was 13 except i was really overweight, im still overweight but my body type is midsize now. I've gone back into a depressive episode so i'm gaining a bit right now but baby please do not let your weight shape you. I'm almost 16 and all i've ever done is cry over my weight. You are beautiful no matter what ❤ Also i believe in you! you can lose the weight! if you eat a little more than you want once in a while that's okay. Don't get into the habit of shaming yourself for eating but also don't get into the habit of letting all the junk food slide because well i've been doing fine lately so wtv 🎉 I trust you can do it. it's okay to have bad days where it feels like you've lost all progress but it will come back !!!

note: Drink more water when you're doing this ! it'll help I promise and keep a healthy diet as well and breathe through the exercises ( p.s for the people who don't like drinking water, same here, but if you need to either make yourself drink it or get those water flavoring / enhancer things :) I recommend MiO water enhancers )
Day 1 : sweating a bit but it wasn't too hard, did it twice along with 45 situps and 10 pushups + drinking water :) updating tomorrow, y'all please try to remind me I have adhd I'll forget about this in like 2 days 🙏
Day 2: still a bit of sweating, a little sore but nothing bad. walked about 20 minutes today, did 2 sets again + situps :) noticed a tiny difference earlier today
Day 3: I forgot if I did 1 or 2 sets but I walked 15 minutes this morning and did 15 pushups post-video

4 день: я выполняю тренировку вместе с упражнениями для ляшек, после них у меня уже не остаётся сил, но я делаю упражнения для живота, хоть некоторые в видео я и пропуская ✓
5,6,7 дней - я пропустила.
Я уже незанимаюсь по этим упражнениям, но мне кажется, что мой живот стал меньше, несмотря на то, что я сокращала, пропускала упражнение все те 4 дня.
Если вы всерьез возьмётесь за эту тренировку, я думаю, что вы что-то да получите) То также не стоит забывать, что не только тренировки важны, но а также пища, вам стоит установить диету, но не ту, что, - голодовка. А ту, в которой вы меняете свой рацион на более правильный.

@@Hinata_7-x5o you don't get the very small waist like it the video thumbnail, because the area you exercise lose fat all around the body. But, if you do it enough times, it would eventually work for lower body %. The amount of what you eat also takes place! (I recommend calorie deficit diet

Day 1: wasn't bad at all didn't make me tried but def felt something (i did this yesterday)

Day3:completed I ate kinda of alot but its okay im just going to do this 3x and eat good for this rest of the day
