    I am very overweight and unfit but even I can do many of your workouts because of the modifications you offer. THANK you for thinking of us less fit people, please never change that, it means so much to many people to be included and be able to work out - many classes at my gym are too hard for me, so this is a good replacement while I train to be fitter!

    Loved this circuit workout! I enjoyed that it focused on one muscle group for each circuit. The only things I had to modify were the jumping jacks and the ab circuit because I'm pregnant. Thank you so much! ❤️👍🏻💪🏻

    I’ve lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks just changing my diet and doing popsugar workouts! From someone who went from inactive to daily workouts I can say I actually like doing these because they’re regular people so they make losing weight realistic✨

    Definitely a slower and more gentle workout than I was expecting, so probably good if you're sore or just starting out and looking for something chill!

    This workout is perfect in length and intensity! I have been so sore from lower body HIIT workouts and these moves stretched me out :) Also, I absolutely love Katrina calling Karena, "statuesque." I am 5'10 and tend to feel like a towering giant, which leads to not so body-positive thoughts. I am going to make statuesque a positive intention from now on.

    This is by far the best workout for me! I’ve done a lot of popsugar workouts and I loved them. But this one though, definitely hit a spot for me. I like how raw it is.     That was a great and feasible workout. I really liked the modification Anna did with the quick feet. That's going to be a keeper for me, as I have knee issues.     Started the day after Christmas and still going strong over a month later and I can see a huge difference! The positive language really lifts me when I feel myself lagging, love this workout! Picturing myself rolling into late spring with toned abs arms and legs!

    Love all of the POPSUGAR workouts but what's the deal with all of the popup ads mid-rep???!! It totally takes me out of my zone. I don't notice this with any of the other 20-40 min workouts channels that I use. One would be annoying but acceptable, but there were three or four during this one.

    I used to love K&K and religiously followed them and bought into their nutrition plan. But now they've moved all their workout content to their Studio App. 😪 What happened to TIU Tuesdays on TH-cam?! Sad times. Unless you had the studio app the Bikini Series (not called that this year) wasn't worth it. I was gutted! 😔 Thank You Popsugar for continuing to make great content available to everyone 😍😍😍

    This workout was too low key for me. I had to use MUCH heavier weights and do a lot of running in place to keep my heart rate up.

    Seriously adds in a workout video. What am I supposed to do. Stop mid workout. And everything was a commercial to these two girls. I love popsugar and Ana but this was really not what I come here for. You will say the content is free but once you add adds its def not free.

    Anna is really looking great! I’m so happy in the last few years there have been so many examples of active mothers. It always seemed like neglecting fitness was inevitable. I won’t be having kids for quite some time lol but I’m happy to know I don’t have to give up this part of me.

    I didn't like this video for two reasons.
    1) I understand you need revenue but why is the ad cut in the middle of a set twice! and not during a water break? It's like stopping in the middle of what you are doing. That was pretty bad
    2) that curly hair woman announced she hated abs and then wouldn't sit down during the abs. She didn't do that for legs. It Was distracting and felt like she didn't want to do the exercise. I don't want to do an exercise with someone who announces that they hate the exercise and then walks around for it.

    Can you please remove the ads in the middle?! I do this workout all the time and today I had 4 ads in the middle of the workouts! I get the need to make revenue but can you not just have an ad in the beginning and the end? That’s what most workouts on here are like!

      How many calories you burn varies from person to person. Weight and heart rate factor into it.

    I truly enjoyed this workout! With the virus right now and not being able to go the gym I’ve been doing one or 2 of your workouts everyday and I have to say this one was perfect for a recovery yet still sweat and work day! The abb was challenging and effective and the combo of lower body and upper was perfect. Great energy and great trainers! Thank you!

    The workout: is balanced and feels good. I like the idea of setting an intention and they added ad cool down.
    I liked the idea " your struggle is your strength".
    Now, the instructor intervening ( with a pineapple hair) and checking on Anna !! I was like leave her alone!! Most of the difficult modifications she added were mentioned in FB ! I like her motivation but leave Anna alone.
    Anna was fabulous! I love her body changes

    Also you want to perform the move slowly to focus on good posture...

    Wow, fantastic. When instructed to think about my intention, crunching the weight to my feet in the air, my intention was to make my spine more flexible (in flexion) and wow, it worked. Such gorgeous girls with hearts of gold. Thank you K&K!

    really loved the girls, they were so much fun and full of positivity which was lovely to see. Must admit it was a littl easy for me so would have preferred something a little more intense but think its a perfect beginners workout or if you want to take it easy. Than k you
