    In India We call this teqniq as Chakras connecting discovered by Rishis. You have done a fabulous connectivity. Little hard to concentrate once focussed we can see the chakras ( Red Point)
    Thanks you 🙏

    Wow this was something I never new I needed. I didn’t even know where exactly the core was before this video. When I started tapping I started laughing and smiling. I then came back to a core memory of mine when I was told “your not interesting the look at” by one of my coaches in cheer. I had struggled a lot with balancing my body and keeping a tight core. I was going through so much at that time in my childhood I just gave up.
    BUT THIS ! This is where I could finally say in the present. I am good enough. I am interesting to look at. I am strong. I do have a good connection with my body.
    So thank you.❤

    Hey Linda! I've been watching your videos. What would you say are the set of videos I should follow daily for "anxiety/fear" and its manifestations in the gut. My gut has chronically tightened, especially the stomach ... what would be the best videos to follow to calm the mind/gut and bring body back in sync?

    Thank you, I have a couple of questions for you. You didn't mention about shaking your neck, but you did. My other question is about the color. According to Chakra points, I think that's orange. Can I imagine orange? Some people advice to visualize gold.

    Found it very difficult. I will practice focusing on my red dot xo

  • @katrinamarie2775
    @katrinamarie2775 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    ❤ yes, I must say that that was a work out for my brain and my focus but it definitely was a work out for my arms. Good gracious! My shoulders were tight like that was a serious arm workout. Lol.
    Also, though I do have digestive things going on as well, I definitely did a lot of burping lol so I guess I will be implementing this for that purpose also but exercise will also do the trick
    Anyway, concerning the brain and focus yeah, I definitely struggle with this.. at one point when you kept saying read that I literally saw the word read that in the air I do have clairvoyance and other Clayre gifts but anyway, I kept seeing the word read that in the air and I ended up focusing on that area lol I had to go back to the red dot within my core definitely did see the red dot but it was hard to focus so I will be practicing this and other mind-body exercises, and also mindfulness and getting into the body more and out of the mind thank you so much I like the fact that you said that this exercise will show the condition of your mind being able to focus. Thank you.❤

    I found my mind wandered now and then, but it was easy to bring my attention back to the red dot. During the time of tapping, energy was very high throughout my lower body. Once I stopped the tapping, the energy immediately rushed through my upper body and arms till it reached my head. Thanks for this additional tool to help me through my days!

    Hello, I’m working on mind body connection and saw this video. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so this is too physically taxing for me. Can you recommend a more gentle method that I could try? Thankyou.

  • @dreambig911
    @dreambig911 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Was relatively easy to focus on the red dot, and eventually I started laughing lol. Also I noticed that initially I was visualising the red dot a little off to the left side, and that's significant because I notice my body is off balance towards the left - I am always leaning to the left and using that side more. I brought back my awareness of the red dot to the centre and feel more balanced

    Hello! I have cfs and looking for such practices in your videos. It helped me so much!!! Thank you!
    Nevertheless I have a question. How should I imagine this red dot? Should I imagine a picture of my body/ human body or a contour of that and imagine the red dot or should I just imagine the red dot and try to "feel" it or place it below my belly button? Thanks alot!

  • @RonaAmaranto

    I got goosebumps when you said you may feel tightness in your neck area, i was able to see the red dot after that! I'm not sure yet, but I think it's a start :)

  • @ciarakalf1028

    I wish you would have said in the beginning that this was all just hitting your gut. You say “tapping” but I can hear how hard you’re hitting. I have a lot of scar tissue in my abdomen from surgeries so while I tried this, I became angry when I realized this was the entire video…not really a “routine” imo and I wouldn’t have started it if I knew that for 9 minutes I would be hitting my abdomen. Please try to have more disclaimers at the front so people know what to expect.

    • @BrainEducationTV
      @BrainEducationTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Ciara, thanks for the comment. The tapping is to create stimulation in your body, because when your body is stimulated then your mind will naturally focus on the body. Therefore, by causing stimulation to the lower abdomen, your mind naturally goes to the lower abdomen which will help create a mind-body connection. If you have a lot of scar tissue, try tapping even very very gently- tapping won't harm any scar tissue as far as I know.. but if you're cautious then definitely consult a doctor to make sure!
