I did this last night on my puppy with CHF. I felt the warm sensations as soon as I lifted my hands to turn them towards her. I also began to see light beam through my eyelids coming from darkness while they were closed. I got scared at first but reminded myself to trust the process. Thank you so much for your guidance! UPDATE after my comment below: I learned that you should put a protective shield around you so that you don’t feel so drained afterward. Also, this triggered my Kundalini awakening (not saying it’ll do it for everyone, just sharing my experience). Thank you for this video! I did this today while sitting outside close to a tree with the sun on my face, and I think that makes a huge difference! My crown chakra, arms, and palms had a tingling and heat sensation! It was amazing!!!! I felt so relaxed afterward too!

First time I’ve ever done this, and I certainly felt it…. I always realized as humans we are conduits for both receiving and sending energy. Strangely, filling myself with good source energy also made me feel better too. My palms were not warm, but they were oddly sweaty at the end of the meditation.
Okay I did this because I really like this kid and she said her stomach was hurting so she was going to sleep. So I did this to send her healing energy, when she wakes, I want her body to feel so rejuvenated and like she can conquer the world. She lives 45 minutes away. And I’m an empath, so I hope this worked. My body felt like it was floating and all the “magnetic” feeling went away when I sent that healing energy to her core and stomach. Thank you for teaching this. I sent healing energy to my wife who went in for kidney stone removal but had infection. She's currently unconscious in sepsis and they are trying to clear the infection. She's such a strong woman and more knowledgeable about meditation than I am. I felt love and light as I visualized the source healing her.

For me it's my partner the woman I love unconditionally , She has scoliosis and is 40 years old She has dealt with pain her whole life , she also has a Harrington rod in her back which was put in during her teenage years, as of lately she is in constant pain , unfortunately we are 600 miles apart , her being in London and myself in Scotland , I came here to beat and vanquish the demons that consumed me for over half my life , during my year in Scotland I have faced and beat the demons set to destroy me , I am on no medication now I don't drink no more and only put in my body what the planet provides . Basically I've had an awakening and now all I feel is love ect .... the list of amazing transformations in my life is beautifull , I'm always seeing recurring numbers , and lots of other ...... i want to say consequences, but whoever is reading this knows there is no such thing , My partner called me 2 hours ago in agony crying , saying she can't do it no more , I would give my life right this instant just to know she can be rid of this pain and disease , again I know this is not the answer as it's not an option that we/I have , I've been meaning to start meditation ages ago to awaken myself or enlighten myself mire than what I have , and now in my selfish quest for self love ( which I now have ) I feel totally useless and am crying my eyes out as I write this , all i want is for her to be ok , As soon as she put the phone down I was straight away looking for a way I can help from here, I tried sending healing energy and will continue to do so now I'm here , I really need some help or guidance , if someone reads this that means your here for the same sort of thing or you maybe wanting to help the world as do I !!! You should get energy from your left hand, sending it towards the heart chakra down the feet, then sending it upwards upto the throat chakra then from there sending it through your right hand to the patient. the energy comes from the throat chakra to the heart center then is being sent to the person to be healed. also it should be white light when you receive it. also u must be of a noble character and very loving for true healing.

I do this. But I have to be in the right energetic state. Late at night when its very quiet. And my mind is still, then light comes in through the crown, and is sent out of my heart to wherever I send it
Please do one for self healing. I am suffering from chronic conditions and have stopped all medications because all I am doing is having all sorts of medication. Homeo & Ayurveda gave a little calmness but sometimes feel like I need a push of light through me.

You should get energy from your left hand, sending it towards the heart chakra down the feet, then sending it upwards upto the throat chakra then from there sending it through your right hand to the patient. the energy comes from the throat chakra to the heart center then is being sent to the person to be healed. also it should be white light when you receive it. also u must be of a noble character and very loving for true healing.

Please send healing energy to two of my brothers. My oldest brother has been dealing with schizophrenia since he was 15 years old. He has been battling depression and anxiety for many years. I also want to sending healing energy to my second oldest brother that has been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis for over 10 years. He has been in constant pain everyday with not much help from doctors. They both have been suffering from illness. I pray their energy is restored with healing and positivity. Please do one for self healing. I am suffering from chronic conditions and have stopped all medications because all I am doing is having all sorts of medication. Homeo & Ayurveda gave a little calmness but sometimes feel like I need a push of light through me.
