    Solid video with great information. The wagons look so good, it's a shame we never got them in North America

      100% agree, if States would get the wagon, there would be more aftermarket parts too.

      👍 Thank you. Speed limiter reminder might not be a video I and do. My car doesn't have that option.

    Hello, great video ;) thumb up.
    I got question: I have Mazda 6 2010 114kw gasoline with 6s manual transmission. Couple weeks ago I start to recognize some noises ( from Neutral - to 6th gear) coming from gearbox. Right now I am thinking whether make sense to repair this gearbox or replace it with “new” one. Seller told me that new one is coming from car with cca 150 000km. What is your opinion?? Does it make sense to replace it or repair the current one? Have you ever heard about those issues? Many many thanks.

      Thank you.
      Well, you have to check the price for everything and consider options.
      How much would it be to fix the 6th gear, and how much would the ''new'' gearbox + a buffer if that gearbox has an issue.
      You don't know how good is the ''new'' gearbox and if it doesn't have problems.

    Did you do the chassis maintenance?I have Mazda 6 GH 2012 and looks very bad rust everywhere.You know where they do chassis maintenance?Thank you for your reply

    • @KlavsX_

      It all depends how rusty it is. IF it's surface rust then wire cleaning it off and undercoating or wax will do. For worse case, you will need a body shop / restauration garages, where they fix all that.
      But If your subframe is rusted that can be replaced fully. I'm in process of making videos on how to do the undercoating

    If its 4 cyl 2.0/2.5
    5At speed automatic
    I use luqi moly atf toptec 1200G
    (1200 is red / 1200G is yellow)
    Change with filter 4 liters.
    Drain the old oil , take carter out , clean the gear , then put new filter on and use gasket gun to put the substance around then put carter and finish.
    Wait 3 hours until its well then put 3.5 liters
    Start car wait until it heat 10-15 minutes (to oil move in gear well) then have hand brake up
    And like (p-R) 10 times every time you have your foot up little from brake to make car like it move and brake again to change gear
    Then (r-n) 10
    (N-D) 10
    (D-m)10
    (M1-m1)10
    (M-d)10
    (D-n)10
    (N-R)10
    (R-p)10 times
    Now turn engine off
    Add 0.5 litre
    Then 4 litres is totally in
    Start car and ready to drive

    What was the mileage before you changed oil? Iam doing this every 60.000 km and never had this black sludge.

    • @KlavsX_

      around 200050 miles. You are correct, 60k km is the best time to change it, if you want to make sure your transmission is happy.
      For me this car is '' new'' to me, so I have no idea when was the last service, could have been 100000 miles ago, I got no clue.

    Thank you very much for the detailed instructions. I want to do the same thing on my Mazda 6 2.0 MZR.
    Can you describe the central jack points to me? Where exactly are they at the front and back?

    • @KlavsX_

      Right in the middle of the car, it's the only metal bit sticking out from the plastic surroundings. It will be a visible hump. .
      At the back usually it would be your trailer hitch, if you car has it.

    • @dragobalboa7531

      @@KlavsX_ OK, the front would be clear.
      But i don't have a trailer hitch. I couldn't find any documentation about the jacking points anywhere.

    • @KlavsX_

      Then you need to jack up from your subframe mounting so you can put jack stand under it's designated location ( in front of the rear wheel should be a flat metal piece with a big bolt in the middle that's screwed into the cars body. But I need to double check that, If it's strong enough

    • @KlavsX_

      It's 1/2, generic brand. What local part shop / tool shop sell

    • @lmr9512

      @@KlavsX_ does using adapter affect the torque, i dont wanna spend again on 1/2 sockets unless i have to

    • @KlavsX_

      No, as long as the adapters aren't flexing or having extra movement / slop when you tighten the bolts.
