Up until you used the old o'ring, I thought you were doing a decent job. Why wreck a good repair by saving about 12 cents.

The trasmission pan has a very tiick slugde plus you did not chage the crush washer on the plug. Needless to say the oil pan screws torque specs skipped on the video. I bet running the car on the stop and go on the highway the owner of this car would feel sleepage on the road. 😬

What the fluid in the water bottle? You used it on the o-ring 10:30 on the filter 11:05 (out of a gallon jug) and the long bolts 11:21 that hold it in, 12:14 on your hands.

I use gasoline to clean the parts, the bottle has gasoline and in the other can I applied engine oil to the o-rings.

@@MayoCarsDR You should be wearing gloves. That absorbs through your skin and can cause problems with your liver and kidneys.
