    Such good stretches!! I always feel like the feet and ankles are overlooked when it comes to stretching (by myself included)

    I god damn nearly broke my ankles doing this, bruh I'm hella unhealthy. I need to these stretches more often, other than that good video helped out a lot.

    Good morning Elaine 🥰 I love your stretch videos. I fell 3 years ago and hyperflexed both feet and sprained both of my ankles and have torn ligaments. My ankles still have pain believe it or not to this day, but I am working on it. I was wondering if you can please make more ankle stretches please..... thank you!!!! I would really appreciate it. 💜
    Update: 7/15/22 I can now do these stretches without pain!!! I have been doing this ankle stretch everyday for approximately 4 months now. I also have been doing your calf stretch & upper mid back stretch…I love 💕 your stretching videos Elaine!!! Thank you!!!

    Those are great Elaine, I use most of them on the regular. Some of them are new, I love 3:26 and the ankle rotations on the block is super nice! Hope you are having a great week!

    I reeeeeally need to do these more. My ankles are my problem area because I have sprained and pulled the ligaments in them so many times it’s unreal. Lol

    I always struggle with sitting on the balls of my feet for hero pose, having the yoga block there really helps!

      I realized that it's a challenging position for some people!! You can also sit on a chair while doing these ankle stretches, that way you won't need to stack up yoga blocks! haha 🤗Thanks for stretching!

    Did this cuz one day after a 7 hour shift I couldn’t sit back on the top part of my right foot without major pain. This was super helpful
