    Hey, I'm looking up some quick wrist stretch routines I could do before work, as my job requires a lot of repetivite wrist movements & I've been feeling pain, & my wrists feel a lot better after this, hopefully with more use I can prevent some wrist injuries!

    Thank you. Just swap from back squat to front and my wrist mobility is making it hard to overload. Big ups

    Wonderful stretches, thank you Elaine! Annoyingly I can’t do the massage one at the end because my body gets in the way. Could I maybe use the heel of my other hand instead?

    These are great wrist stretches. I've noticed my right wrist can't extend as far as my left because of using a mouse. I'll need to do these!

      Thanks Timothy!! That seems to happen a lot with the dominant side, these stretches should help with that if you focus a little more on the right :)

    This is awesome, great vid Elaine :) I think I rely too much on wrist straps in the gym when I should be focusing on stretching my wrists too, an overlooked area!

      Thanks so much Alvin!! 😊 Yea wrist straps do help when you're at the gym. These stretches are easy enough to do anywhere so just throwing some in throughout your day will in the long run!
