Elbows are stabilizing joints like your knees ☺️ I wouldn’t recommend much mobility for them! Rather stretch the tissue around there - so forearm flexors & extensors! There’s a few of them in my wrist mobility routines!

Hi Julia, I have noticed that my balance on one leg in yoga is suffering from a lack of mobility in my ankles, so I will redo this class several times !
And I'm very happy you incorporate some quite advanced techniques like CARs ; PAILS/RAILS would be amazing too but probably too tricky to cue with written tips only, people could push too far and get injured, or not knowing when to release AND maintain position 😉
