10 min Full Body PARTNER Stretches | Valentine's Day Special ❤️
Learn how to do some fun partner stretches at home! We'll focus on our upper body for the first half of the video then move onto some lower body stretches.

✨ Helpful Tips for Partner Stretches:
- Be gentle, always listen to your partner
- Communicate clearly, tell your partner *how* you would like to feel each of the stretches (do you want the stretch to be more gentle? to go a little bit deeper? hold a stretch longer etc.)
- Focus on using your inhales to lengthen (sit up tall) and exhales to relax into the stretches
- Have fun and learn more about each other!
