    Wow!! You're RIGHT! My hips opened up a great deal since doing your stretches! My knees aren't so high up, like when I first started and I feel amazing! Thank you!!!

    My hips are always so stiff from sitting! You post the videos at a great time I can always do them immediately after work

    I really appreciate these videos! My hips have been tight for as long as I can remember, which led me to think it was genetic and unsurmountable. It’s so relieving to know that there’s hope for me!

    My hips are so tight! One side is tighter than the other. The crisscrossed stretch was the hardest. I'll keep doing it.

    I can't easily do the one where one leg is on top of the other, my knee is so high...... Thanks for showing the different variations! I really hope to get my knee down one day 👍
