- This is the 10-Minute Qigong Swing Hands Exercise (Khí Công Dịch Cân Kinh ). This is very simple qigong. For those who can not practice with a lot of movements, and you have just recovered yourselves from sickness, this is the good qigong exercise for you to try.
Practice this Qigong will help you to maintain a good health and heal a lot of Diseases. You can practice this qigong by standing barefoot on yoga mat, begin with just in 5 Minutes and next day, you can slowly increase the time a little bit longer.
You can apply this Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon Exercise Time.
