CVTs have come a long way, and have potential, but I agree with you. I am more comfortable with the time tested conventional autos than I am with a CVT, especially one that simulates shifts, negating one of it's advantages. Well, is it just me or anybody like Carson like me. He can make me laugh and feel good even when he don't say a word.
0-60's would be nice.
I’m very happy with my Mazda 3 I purchased. I’ll take an old fashioned 6 speed auto any day off the week over a cvt. Plus the gorgeous interior. The interior isn’t as spacious but for me that’s fine.
I think the Honda did a great job and I can’t wait to see the hatchback with a manual. 😊
CVTs have come a long way, and have potential, but I agree with you. I am more comfortable with the time tested conventional autos than I am with a CVT, especially one that simulates shifts, negating one of it's advantages. But in a small car like these, I prefer a manual. It keeps costs down and if used right helps make them "bulletproof" as far as reliability.
Jonny Appleseed. Yeah, HONDA - The Power Of Dreams !!!!!!!! :) HONDA is love, HONDA is life ! :) But Mazda Impresses too ! :) Toyota is good :)
I honestly like Honda’s CVT better. That Mazda 6 speed auto is sluggish to respond and makes this car slower than it should be.
You guys should put some times for the quarter mile , just for fun.
I must say, amongst you... Karston is the heart throb.
Especially when the radio ad comes on, killing my ears but claiming my laughter and hearts
This is a very nice nice drag race! It's seldom that you see cars in this segment to be pitted against each other for a drag race. Such a refreshing content. The Mazda 3 btw looks more upscale even next to the refined 2022 civic.
They’re all nice looking cars, but that Mazda is beautiful! Fun vlog!

It’s the “Civic with a laptop” for me, I’m on the floor 💀💀💀
@Pinned by Throttle House I don't know if it has to do with what appeared to you on the internet, but it could be since this monopolized a lot of news even international and went viral with many memes including parodies, in the Dominican Republic if you were with a laptop in a civic the police can you arrest, this is because credit card cloners prefer honda civic and after dismantling one of the biggest gangs of card cloners they all had the latest honda civic models then a hunt was fought with all the youngsters and people who They had honda civic from 2015 onwards, for this reason, a campaign against the police was even raised by different enthusiasts of the brand, you can look for this news on youtube if you want to confirm.
@@MAFD06 that’s not the joke
I love how the guy in the Corolla was completely silent the entire time.
Because he knows deep down that the corolla should just be humiliated by the others
Those Bottas puns😂😂
Love these guys.
Civic for the win. We'll done Honda 👏
It looks so boring though.
@@buildmorefarms1007 that’s what people like u said when the 10th gen came. Not too much plastic like the Corolla and not a over done design like the Mazda. It’s so good it looks better than the Accord.
Really
@@sanpim698 it’s just opinions. For god sake 🤦🏻♂️
@@arvin2035 No it just looks boring like a smaller Camry...Im not a fan boy I call it as I see it. The Mazda is the best looking car here by far.
these drag races are more interesting because these are the cars that are going to be dominating the streets and its interesting to know how they stack up to each other
Do the CVT's still mime shifts? Doesnt that cost time? Id look to tune that out
Tuning a cvt is a example of fail tranny
There is risk in everything,so be prepared for ups and downs.
Diversification is relevant, and once you have confidence in your investment, you can adjust your profit and make bigger bets.
Just do the necessary research, study and analyze before making any investment.

From the research I have done so far as old as the pandemic the word is out, Bitcoin May reach $100k by next year, and is going to change a lot of people's life.
Many people are struggling from grass to grass, the concept of Bitcoin after it became a household name.
@T Classic Really sad to know you Buy and hold.the best way to make money in Bitcoin is not storing, you trade in the forex market. As you're a beginner and don't know how to do this.i can recommend a certified broker for you.
Can't wait for the si of the 11th generation civic !
Same here man,I hope it gets more power
This is literally 1000x more entertaining just because these are cars the average person can afford.
6:58 ~ Had a GTA3 moment. 😆
I love these! Honestly, I like them more than the crazy expensive cars that us normal people can’t afford. They are just so much fun.
6:57 Thomas you’re wrong for this clip. I laughed wayy too hard for this 🤣🤣❤️
one day I'll come back to this channel to see Thomas' "race car" getting crushed
Line it up against something that's faster than it looks like a Mazda 3 Turbo.
How about the gas tanks, are they equally filled? Tire pressure checked? Serviced or race as is where is? All those are for me very important before comparing cars. But if I have to chose, it will be the mazda.
I have a 22 xse manual corolla hatch and I been seeing the blue speedometer turn red in a couple youtube videos but have no idea how it's done. I cannot find anything anywhere about it. 2:52 it switches to red
So the premium engine on the Civic matches the base engine in the Mazda 3.
I think we need the Mazda 3 Turbo.
What? I think you're forgetting about the Honda Civic type r that is the premium engine in the Civic line up. It would kill any Mazda 3.
@@chrishotham2854 CTR is a completely different class of car though. The 3 Turbo is the same price as an Si, GTI, or WRX. CTR is even more expensive than a Golf R or an STI.
Please drag race some hybrids, I want to see how many cars can smoke a Prius 🙂
Prius vs Insight vs Ioniq maybe
I actually quite like all 3 of them but if it were my money, I’d have the 3. Partly because I’m a Mazda fan but mostly because I think it’s the best looking car with the best interior. I can’t comment on how they drive because I’ve never driven them but I will say that I’ve never driven a CVT that I liked so the Mazda has a leg up there for me too.
I love my 06 Corolla, and for what it is it has some pep and zip, but I know it won’t win races. Looking at a Mazda 3 or Cx-5 as my next vehicle. They just look fun!
An unnecessary drag race? What is this…Carwow??!
Love it!😂👌🏾
