    I DID IT!! I DID IT!!!! This is my FIRST TIME of 2 MONTHS of me doing Pilates again this summer and I FINISHED WHOLE FIVE LONG ASS VIDEOS FOR TODAY WITHOUT DITCHING ANY OF THEM. I HAVE NOW OFFICIALLY PASSED THE BEGINNERS LEVEL YAAAAAASSSSS.

    Several months ago I did this routine. But I gave up because I couldn't do one of the exercises. Now I did the whole thing and yes it was burning and my triceps are hurting(see what I did there😂?) but I am SO proud of myself and the improvement I've done with my arms! I literally love my arms because they're so toned and muscular😌 really happy that I did this journey to my arms and how proud I am of them now!

      Oh crap, I can't do this. I'm doing this video for the Septoneber calendar for Thursday Sept. 25, 2014 and I attempted to do it after i already did 2 other intense arm workout videos before this. I'm sorry Cassy, I really tried doing this one, but when i went up into the plank position, my arms were shaking so violently that they were threatening to abandon me to my luck on the floor. I am not going to do this out of personal safety and injury prevention. Thanks so much, though, b/c your other arm workouts have really helped me tone my arms, back, and shoulders :-)

      Cassey you are my biggest inspiration!! You have made me the softball player I've always dreamed of being, not only have you made me look beautiful, but you've made me feel beautiful as well!     My arms are trembling. I love that your works do not require any equipment. It fits my budget, cheap or some might say thrifty, and I can work out anywhere. Plus I do not have to clutter my apartment with a bunch of equipment. These routines just fit my life style. Thank you.

    What have I ever done to you Cassey, why are you always so mean to me, my body is shaking as hell as im writing, i cant breathe and I'm almost crying :( ?
    She seriously is the best though. I thought it was too much at the begining, not for my level, so I went around and got back to her. She makes me sweat like no other and I swear I immediately see results. And, I love the way she interracts with us to "numb" the pain. +++ it's Cassey Bitch ! She's gorgeouuus

    By far, out of every blogilates video I've followed, this is my favourite! Not only did I love the exercises and actually feel it all over, but this was the first time in my LIFE that I've done what I find close to be a complete Down Dog as well! Usually it's just my toes on the ground, but somehow during the the first exercise I looked down and noticed my entire feet on the ground!! Mega thumbs up!!

      YES. omg, when we had to do that arm lift with the elbows together, I thought I could not keep them together. My arms wanted to drop so bad.

    Trying the July calendar and nope. 5 exercises all over arms, my god! I did about 3 exercises and my arms already feel super tired. Good thing is, I worked my arms out to the max today and hope to accomplish more tomorrow on cardio core!!!

    Does anyone know how to get stronger wrists? I can handle the burn in my arms, but my wrists keep causing me to take breaks. D:< It's frustrating

      Try making a fist with your hand instead of on your palms all the time

      Amplifyre97 I have the same problem. A personal trainer told me to use 1 lb weights and do very gentle wrist circles in both directions. Hope this helps. :)

    Does anyone have any tips for building up tricep strength in order to be able to do tricep dips for longer then 30 seconds? lol I'm fine with half cobra push-ups, but dips kill me >,

      I have the same problem!... like I can do the dips but after about 5 of them the pain in my triceps is just horrible! It's like someone is pinching them super hard every time I go down :/

      Kiersten Kellogg Keep going ! Try the half cobra push ups instead, of even triangle push ups (see 5min toned arms). Way easier and still effective ;)

    This is only my second day with blogilates, but I have faith that I will be able to get through entire videos soon, and I can't wait to see how much stronger i get... I can't even do one real (or on my knees) push up yet, but thats ok! uWu

      At first I couldn't do a single one, but now I am able to do 20 ;) ...... so keep going :)))) hard work pays off..

    Hello Cassie! I raelly appreciate your videos! They're sooo effective! I've only done this Arm On fire video for less than 5 times and now my arms are already more toned! However, does this workout work for guys? I want to share this with my boyfriend and I hope it works on him too! Please reply! Love!

      I am really glad you said that because everyone I didn't know how fast it works and if anyone just saying wants to loose 4 inches in 4 days this is what to do blend 3 full lemons without seeds 4.4 ounces of horseradish in the produce and 3 tables spoons honey eat this twice with a meal once in the morning only one tablespoon and once at night another tablespoon
