Hey people, I'm Kyra and I'm 17 years old. I've felt insecure about my body for a long time now and I've never had enough motivation to work out. Until I've found cassey. I started doing different work outs 2 weeks ago and I freaking love it so much. I can already see results and I'm so happy. I'm starting to actually like my body .. I'm now in my 3 third week and I thought " because I see results why not update every day ". Be proud of yourself yall, stay strong you can do it! I did it, so why not you? :)
Just saying, the first week was like hell. I had no motivation at all and I wanted to stop. BUT I didn't gave up. I'm doing legs, arms and abs work outs. AND THEY AINT EASY. The second week was also fuckinf hard but I continued. I got very emotional and I battled with myself bc I wanted to stop. But I don't want to be chubby anymore. I have a goal and I'm willing to achieve that.
Carson Elizabeth well, a lot. I see so much results. I'm also working out in the gym now and I feel so good. Like I'm getting a FREAKING sixpack and I love it. My stomach is almost completely flat and I'm so happy with it. TOTALLY worth it to try this workout out. I'm doing this 2 times a day with other workouts & the gym so ;) Let's just say that I'm very happy with the results.
Dear anyone reading this: if you don't feel happy about yourself or your body right now, you need to know that you're beautiful and someone out there is crazy about you. Smile! Life is too short to be unhappy. Changes can always be made, but accept you for you in this moment. (There's often a lot of negative body image/sad thoughts revolving around fitness videos on TH-cam - I hope this helps at least one of you.)

I work at a school. We've been in school for 3 months. I've been sick for 3 months. I also have a chronic illness that is made worse if I don't exercise. Yeah! I definitely notice that my muscles look more defined right after a workout (I think they get swollen when you work them). It's so fun to see fast results :)

I love my abs and butt videos, but I would love some more upper body (not just arms, but with chest, shoulders and upper back as well) and more dance cardio! Thank you Cassey, you're awesome!
Been doing this workout daily for a couple of months now (combined with "6 min to sexy arms", "What Makes You Bootyful Butt Challenge", "Want You Back Arms Challenge", "Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge" and "Quick Burn Calves") and I can feel my muscles popping out everywhere! But most importantly I'm starting to respect my body for what it can accomplish. Every day I feel stronger, healthier and more beautiful. Not only physically, but mentally as well. Blogilates helps me fight my anxiety and depression by keeping me active, making me gain control of my breathing, and above all, boosting my self confidence. I just want to say.. thank you Cassy, for being there for me.

I have quite a big belly and it’s very noticeable so changes show even more on me and I’m really happy with the results so far!!
After all of these years, this is still one of my all time fave ab videos of yours! I like how the moves don’t last a long time so it’s not super intimidating but it’s also long enough where you feel the burn. You also get a little bit of every type of classic move which hits every part of your core! Just a great all in one video!
Hello my beautiful fellow popsters... This was my first video on day one to my fitness journey. I actually lost 35lbs before with Casey’s videos and I’m ashamed to say I’ve gained it all back on top of some ...my son is now 1 and instead of enjoying motherhood and/or my marriage I spend most of my time hating myself...I developed really bad anxiety and depression and don’t have friends or really talk to family much so I guess I’m venting here in hopes of some support online. I also work so it’s hard for me to find time, but I want to do at least 1-2 videos a day every day and hopefully see some results soon... here goes nothing. 🙏🏼
just pause the video and do some really slow, like you would a roll up, getting the feel for it. I had to as well because my booty is always an issue with its size.
It really comes from strengthening your core muscles, which is annoying and a double edged sword! Once you strengthen your abs, it’s a lot easier to keep your back down!

Any black girls doing these workouts with natural straightened hair? Everytime I workout, I get really sweaty and my hair goes from straight to afro in seconds!
+NotSoTypical Unfortunately that can't be helped, since you're hair isn't chemically alternated, and you just straightened it, its going to puff up. Maybe try keeping the scarf you sleep in on until after the workout. I find that if I workout, and keep my hair scarf on it does help with the frizziness. Just wrap the scarf around the top of your head, and tie it in the back so it will keep your hair flat since it starts to get puffy at the scalp first.
+NotSoTypical I'd also recommend putting your hair in a ponytail/bun. This prevents all of my hair from sweating out. My roots get puffy but the rest of it reminds straight(for the most part)

Ok so I'm a huge fan of TH-cam workout videos I do tons because I can get really shy at the gym so having workouts I can do at home are awesome. I have long been meaning to try your videos because so many people have raved about you! They were not wrong! Best TH-cam workout videos out there!!! Such a great post-run workout and I really felt my abs burning!

So I woke up and did the plie squat challenge, the 5 min abs challenge and the 6 min sexy arms challenge. :)

Ok so I'm a huge fan of TH-cam workout videos I do tons because I can get really shy at the gym so having workouts I can do at home are awesome. I have long been meaning to try your videos because so many people have raved about you! They were not wrong! Best TH-cam workout videos out there!!! Such a great post-run workout and I really felt my abs burning!
