i found out about holly around a week ago and started doing her workouts 3 days ago. with her jumping jack one as my main, and maybe another 1 or 2 of her other workouts. i’ve been working out since february, while following another channel. but my results weren’t as much as i expected. i had a “i can’t wait to lose weight” mindset which was unhealthy. so after every program if i didn’t lose weight i got extremely upset. in august i took a month break because my mental health wasn’t the best. with that i had stopped my healthy diet and began to binge eat. until now. i found holly’s videos. i got back into my healthy diet, and started working out again. it’s only been 3 days and i’ve already seen a slight difference. in my mental health, mindset, and body. i’ve become happier, my mindset has now become a “i can’t wait to work out”. holly’s workouts make me look forward to working out, because while working out, you gotta have fun! so thank you holly! :)
YESSS! You go girl! Never give up! Holly is a queen, I absolutely ADORE her workouts too! Results can be seen after a few days, and they are always enjoyable. Thank god we have Holly, I don't know what I would do without her 💕
I've tried many workouts from different workout youtubers or whatever u call them, but i only liked Holly's workouts. I find them fun and very effective. I have been doing her workouts for quite some time now and I really love them. She is very amazing. She's even working out while pregnant. That inspired me even more bcs she can do it in that situation, so there's no reason i can't do that bcs one im am very able to do so and not pregnant. Thanks, Holly!
I love the walking workouts because are doable. I have back problems so I don't like exercise on the floor..these routines are short and encourage me to don't give up in the middle of the work out!!! They are very helpful! Thank you for the work you put into them!!!

I wanted to test the waters before starting back at the gym and it was a nice gentle workout to stretch and test my unused muscles. Hollys' walking workouts are also great if you're not feeling up to a full on work out but want to still do a bit of something!

I did up the toning parts and jogged on the walking parts; and must say that you are so strong and still able to carry on, which should render an easy birth for you and the little one any day now! I’m smoke free one week....I feel so bloated....I haven’t been doing the videos over the last month....I’m back on my work out schedule...I love all her videoS, I did them for over a year and I saw results...they really work
So I think whether I make it to the gym or not I am going to try and do this workout every night before bed. Great way to naturally tire me out and I get a good workout at the end of the day.
I love the workouts been doing them a few weeks now even the bed one when I went on holiday in a caravan and only had that space to do it Lol I love the jumping jacks workout and the abb workouts and I must say all her workouts are very inspiring and get you excited to do them every day instead of dreading it 👍🤩👍 I have been looking for the timer she uses is it on the App Store which one is it please?
