    THE WHOLE indoor walking weight loss video collection of yours is really amazing. Like, even in a busy busy day, everyone can spare 15 minutes for "body and mind" exercise (speaking from a very very very busy student's life P.O.V). The nice rewarding layer of sweat after this indoor walking videos is really worth it. I LOVE it.💖👌🏻💯

    I like the walking workouts. In order to increase my heart level, I did jumping jacks and ran in place. It gave me the energy boost I need for work 👍💪

    I used to watch and try a lot of workout videos none of it worked but i gotta say this amazing woman's workouts are magical so yeah i recommend holly dolke every time guys she is amazing , i just felt like i wanna hug her so tight the first time i tried her workouts and i started seeing results , Thank you Holly 🙏❤

      @@gracie-h5w well, this was like four years ago but I would say one month of course with proper diet. Nutrition is the most important thing.

    I didn’t know walking workouts were a thing, but I love it! It’s perfect for those days when you want to get some thing in but you’re either too sore for a more intense workout or just pressed for time.

    Great routine. Did this several times now and feeling it when done. No luck with the sit ups, need to weight my feet I guess, so just do more Russian twists. Have three exercise steps so also do 15 min of nonstop stair climbing with 2lb wrist weights while watching music videos to keep a quick rythm.

      A tip is to suck in, your belly when you do the walking (I don't really know the word, but feel the tention in your muscles). It really helps, make your core stronger and your posture better. 😊 Keep on walking 🎶

    Before this, i tried the other 15 min indoor walking but only could finish til 7 mins and im out.. Now i can actually finish these 15 mins workout 😭❤ so sweaty right now but i feel beautiful hshahaha gotta try the 20 mins walking tomorrow

    I enjoyed both walking and toning. The only toning I had difficulty with was the toning one on one knee with one leg out and handover head. Can you suggest an easier exercise for this move? Thanks
