I love how you do something different every day. With your workout series, I'm always excited to start. I always do it in the morning. When I tried doing the same workout every day, I would always procrastinate and leave it off till before bed and I hated it. I love this workout series! Love, love the 20 min indoor walking workout with 30 and 30 second walk/tone. I add your glute and waist workouts afterwards, and switch it up. I have been doing them since 2019 beginning of December, and I am so much stronger, and toned, and slimmer. For a 59 yr old, I have no jarring of knees, and I begin at my pace and eventually can pretty much keep up with the video! Thanks for your work. Your voice is calm, and encouraging. Some videos verbal instruction from the instructor are too blaring! I tell all my friends about your site!
I'm doing this challenge for the first time...and it's just been 7 days and I lost 0.80kg..... omg...I did this along with her hip dip workout and and slim leg work out ...omg...I'm really excited to complete this challenge...

As a 57 year old menopausal woman I loved this workout as I find floor/abs work really difficult. I have also started doing 5 or 10 minute workouts on my mini trampoline/rebounder as it is gentle on the joints and I am going to search out my jump rope and try and do a bit of that too, to try and get fit during this quarantine because after 6 days I am becoming a bit bored as I live on my own, so your videos are really helping me to get active. Thank you so much for doing this
OMG I did this routine 3x and I can't believe my watch marked 413 cals lost! The second time arround I turned the workout a lil bit more intense by doing a skipping instead of walking. What a nice cardio workout! Being away from the gym for the past year this channel was my best discovery!
I am 39, and love to run, do ab work, and squats. I overdid squats the other day, and pulled a muscle in the back of my lower leg. I really enjoyed this workout, particularly, because I could do relaxing walking and some gentle muscle work. Thank you, and I look forward to doing more of your workouts.
The combo of stretches from day 6 and nice ease into getting my legs pumping on day 7 was very nice! Still gotta play catch-up for tomorrow for day 8 and 9 and try my best to remain committed. I really enjoy the short and intense exercises. It really allows me to say “it’s only 10-15 minutes, I’m working from home and 20 mins before work let’s do this!”
Day 1-5 : Done. Day 6,7 (Fasting) So skipped. Day 8 My daughter's bday: Skipped again. After 3 days back on track. Did Day 6 & 7 together. Feeling good Holly!

This got HUGE thumbs up from me. Love the combo between walking and toning. And now, those curtsy lunges and shoulder exercises at the end are my faves. Dude, how many ppl can say they have favorite exercises? That's right... now we can say we're one of 'em. Rock on, Holly! Thankful for: my sons' health (especially the most vulnerable to viruses one because he has Down Syndrome and has been admitted to hospital twice before for viruses), being able to stay home for my family, and the food my family and I get to eat. Of course, without saying, I am grateful for you, Holly.

You are fun and motivating to watch, your choice of exercises varies and is also suitable for beginners imo. Plus I prefer doing short workouts everyday instead of long ones. Thank you holly! i have been doing your quarantine challenge with a better diet, and repeating the worksouts that i like the most. I realized today that I lost some inches from my stomach. I dont know how many but I can finally wear a short that was a very tight, now its very loose.

Would looove another indoor walking workout… maybe a series with targeted toning, like with just booty toning between walks. I find targeted workouts alone a bit dull sometimes and a walking version in between seems really fun! I get too into just toning workouts cause I see fast results but forget about the cardio.
I am sweating so much!! You never cease to amaze me with these workouts, they look so simple but they burn so much! Thank you for the millionth time ♥️ PS. My cat hated me walking like that all over the room lol.
I’ve also been doing indoor walking with the in between exercises. I love this one; probably because I like to sort of dance around while walking as you do in this video. I’m repeating all of the quarantine exercises daily along with my Elite and other programs which I’ve done. I love the UltraBurn for HIIT and Cardio. Plus the Abs bonuses which are my favourite to do. This is an especially fun one for me. Also, I pulled a tendon while walking/jogging outdoors the other day and it’s so so painful... The Kojak lunges helped loosen it a LOT!! So I think I’ll repeat this one, Day 7, daily until that tendon lends itself. xx

Day 7 for me today!!! Wow, I cant believe it. I actually wake up WANTING to exercise. This is new. I used to never have motivation but now I DO!!!!

Thank you holly! i have been doing your quarantine challenge with a better diet, and repeating the worksouts that i like the most. I realized today that I lost some inches from my stomach. I dont know how many but I can finally wear a short that was a very tight, now its very loose.
I just loved this one!!! It was so much fun and didn't feel like I was workout because I was just enjoying myself!!!! I am happy I found your channel and have been able to do your challenge!!! Thanks again for your hard work!!!

Would looove another indoor walking workout… maybe a series with targeted toning, like with just booty toning between walks. I find targeted workouts alone a bit dull sometimes and a walking version in between seems really fun! I get too into just toning workouts cause I see fast results but forget about the cardio.

I’ve also been doing indoor walking with the in between exercises. I love this one; probably because I like to sort of dance around while walking as you do in this video. I’m repeating all of the quarantine exercises daily along with my Elite and other programs which I’ve done. I love the UltraBurn for HIIT and Cardio. Plus the Abs bonuses which are my favourite to do. This is an especially fun one for me. Also, I pulled a tendon while walking/jogging outdoors the other day and it’s so so painful... The Kojak lunges helped loosen it a LOT!! So I think I’ll repeat this one, Day 7, daily until that tendon lends itself. xx
