    I just want to say thank you so, so much for your workouts, especially the intense cardio HIIT ones like this one. I am a high school student taking a ton of hard courses and still trying to fit in exercise, and workouts like this one are absolutely perfect for that.
    You have motivated and helped me transform my body and lose 20 pounds, and I feel so much better and more confident than I ever have.

    Thank you, really great workout, definitely worked up a sweat. But as a workout labelled standing workout, I didn’t think there’d be any moves on the floor which took me by surprise. But thank you for the workout.
