Holy crap!! The amount of sweat that is dripping off my body during this workout has been unreal!! I know it’s because I stick to your weight training that I am even able to do the intermediate level now!! Thank you for the fun and the sweat!!

After doing the fast pace intermediate step on Saturday which I managed to just about keep up with the choreography and pace, but I was relieved that today’s was at a slower pace, I got all the moves right, and was still a great 40 minute workout
I can officially say that I have reached Intermediate level! I may be here awhile, but Advanced, I am coming for you.
My favorite move was the up rock tick tock hold with the step backs. Loved this one! Thank you, Chris!

What should have taken me 40 minutes just took me an hour and 45 minutes because I had to slow the speed down so many times to get the moves. I was bound and determined. I got a little work to do but overall I'm a sweaty mess and I'm getting there. ❤
This must be my workout of choice when something is off! A kid was running in the store yesterday and knocked me on my A..., I landed with my hands down so my hand hurts a bit. Didn't want to do weights or anything on my hands.. This was perfect, and so glad it didn't hurt my ankle or knees...

The slower paced intermediate step classes are great for adding risers when you’re a little more advanced but might get tripped up with risers at a higher bpm. There are so many great options on this channel! Thanks!

Loved this routine. My favorite is the rock behind, box step across funky knee. As a Philly fan, I loved the "Dancing on my Own" song toward the end.

Hi Chris! Another fab workout, thank you! 😊 I have arthritis in my knees, so it's very important for me to keep moving (use it or lose it, right?) This was perfect for me today as my right knee has been a bit sore. I love this about your channel: if my knees feel good there is plenty that allows me to really go for it, but equally if I need to take it easy there are loads of shorter workouts or ones that are slower paced with simpler moves so I can always find something to do. ❤ Thank you for helping this creaky old bat stay healthy and active! 😂
My new favorite intermediate choreo! My step ability is more towards the advanced side, but I absolutely adored these combos and I really enjoy the slower paced ones because if I’m feeling energetic I can add an extra set of risers like I did today or if I’m not feeling super energetic it gives me a great option for a step class that won’t kill me within the first 20 minutes. Thanks so much for all the variety Chris! 😻
This is my 3rd workout today after kickboxing and mobility. All three are fabulous!! My favorite move was the lean back from side to side. So cute with a little shoulder attitude. Thank you, Chris!! I love you and all our workouts !!

This was a good one! Sometimes the slow intermediate is a great brain break.

This was exactly what I needed today. After a short trip to get my daughter settled at her summer stock job on Cape Cod, I came home and pulled my QL badly just watering my garden (probably because I didn’t take the time to stretch while away). All I’ve been able to do is walk, but I was feeling good enough today to where I wanted to try a little more and this video was perfect. I love that Chris’s beginner and slower placed step workouts are never ever boring. I made it all the way through and the only thing I had to modify was the up rock TikTok. Hoping to be back to strength training next week. This channel is the best!

I thought since it was a little slower bpm, I’d up the playback speed 1.25x..wow what a difference that makes😊. Had to be careful especially with my favorite move of this workout, the up rock tick tick! Thanks-it was fun!

This was my last class for a couple of weeks (2nd cataract op). Absolutely fabulous just what I needed to take my mind off things definitely fun. I already can’t wait to get back to working out. Thank you so much Chris for so many fun workouts. Xx
This one crept up on me...by the end, I was pretty sweaty (I did rewind and do the Full Routine a second time). My favourite move (surprise, surprise) was the up-rock-ticktok-hold ☺
Re strength training - I'm a convert - there are days I look forward to strength more than cardio! I carried a flower pot yesterday that had recently been watered, moving it to a different area. Couldn't have done that last year!
That was my favorite routine yet! The music, the moves, I’m convinced you made it just for me. I was loving the first two sets, and thought to myself, if this just had a rock tik tock, all my faves would be included. And bam! There it was. Thank you!

Did this this AM. A perfect class for me since it is a slower pace. Your comments about strength were spot-on. As a strength lover, I would rather lift than anything else. I see results fairly quickly and that motivates me to continue
Really enjoyable class, lots to sing along too as well. And my ankle was ok with the slower pace which was a bonus. Found a way to camp this up even more. Tik tok hold, on the lean back I’ve christened it the Scarlet swoon, bringing the back of your hand to your forehead a la Miss O’hara. Oh Rhett! I’m bonkers, don’t worry lol. Many thanks.

I was so proud of myself yesterday and this morning! Yesterday I did a full body with a bench and increased my weights and had full range of motion! Then I did this one this morning and increased my step size! Omg! This was the perfect pace to not trip over my feet with a larger step lol but I thought I was going to die the last 8 min! But if I die at least I was happy lol 😅😅 I never thought I would raise my stepper!

I am liking that the lower BPM gives me the opportunity to do intermediate step classes, seeing as how I've been doing step a long time but need a bit slower music. I was on vacation last week and didn't bring my tennis shoes but had some workout clothes so really enjoyed doing the stretch classes you do!! perfect for getting a bit of a workout while on a trip.

Wow! Lower BPM does not mean easier! Great music and choreography, and the slower pace really challenged my balance and core! Funky knee and ticktock pause lean back hit different at 126 BPM! This was a fun, challenging calorie burner. Thank you for another awesome one!

I had a blast with this routine! Sometimes it's nice to have a little slower pace and just really enjoy the moves without having your brain explode. 😅 (But let's be real, I love that too.) All three combos had great choreo and I loved the music. Thank you!
I did this whole routine with no risers and sped up to x1.25 (you mentioned it in your intro so I thought I'd give it a go). It was super fun! Then for more fun, I re-did the final 10 minutes with the full choreo at normal speed and with risers. Also super fun! There is no wrong way to do this workout!! Thanks, Chris!
First time for this one so kept it at 6” step and had a really good time! but shall do again in a week to try at 8” as I think the pace is modest enough for that - note to self for 126bpm

Great class! Legs killed from the leg work class I did yesterday. I hate strength but 😅 force myself to fit it in! Could do more! But when I do it I sweat (glow) just as much as cardio and I definitely feel stronger for it! ❤🎉 Thank you always for all the great classes you share with us xx ❤
Such a great tip with the speed settings. Was able to kick it in high gear and bring on the sweat 💦. And yes Chris I was doing the big arm circles on the tik tok hold/ step back move. You're are the grooviest love your energy ❤.
