I am thinking about putting out an in-depth video on how I edit these within Adobe Premiere Pro but I know it will be a longer video. What do you guys think... should I make that video? I am also considering a a Lumafusion tutorial.
Great video, one thing i wanted to know was the settings that everyone keeps forgetting, you mentioned it. Well done, yes i think you should make a separate video about the same house if can, how you edit it and add in the sound effects and also how you speed up and slow down motion. Again well done
yes please do, this video was very good but we would still need to know how to edit and put it all together with music, thanks, i hope you do it soon! thanks

Awesome video! Thanks for creating and sharing. You mentioned that Android phones could also be used for creating this type of video. So, if you did not have an iPhone which Android phone would you use for a similar result?
Hi, very nice video first of all. If you haven't made your OM5 video yet, but you have used an OM5, please tell me if you need the and use the extension rod for your videos or if it is not necessary. Also if you could use the software of dji for the editing alone, or you must use a more professional program. Thank you.
Adobe Premiere Pro if you have access. You can also use LumaFusion if you just want to edit on your phone or iPad. I also will use Adobe Premiere Rush when I need something done on the fly.
Great information... I was undecided, not any more. Great video question the app you use to record is the regular default by iPhone with is the Camera? or must download an app? Thank you
Great video/advice….thank you. When shooting inside are you using the camera on the phone or the the camera through the dji app. Also which mode do you use. The follow mode or tilt lock mode? Thanks again
I use the native camera app when I’m shooting the house (make sure you’re in 4k60 fps). I use the DJI app when I’m filming myself and I use Active Track.
Why do you use the regular iPhone camera app, DJI osmo 3 app connects to the iPhone and you can shoot from there. Is there a difference between using either one?
Originally there was no support to shoot 60 fps inside of the DJI Mimo app. I think they have updated the app to support slow mo now but I have grown used to the iPhone app… easier to switch frame rates and adjust exposure. I used to use filmic pro originally but decided to switch back to the native camera app.
I use the Rode wireless Go 2 but remember when using with a cell phone you have to be sure to buy the Rode SC7 cable (TRS to TRRS) or it won’t work. I will also use AirPods Pro at times however I’ve noticed there is a lag when you go live with AirPods Pro but they work just fine for recording.
Great video, thanks. I’ve just started to know better my Iphone 12 pro max, and I wanna shoot some good videos of my listed properties. You said 13mm is too wide for you, so which do you prefer between 13 and 26? Video made at?
Bro you’re awesome showing us how you do it. Any idea if you’re are going to do a video how you put the videos all together? And what program you use? Thanks dude.
I am definitely going to put out an editing video at some point... I usually use Adobe premiere pro. I can also use lumafusion and do have a video out on Adobe Premiere rush.
Dhulsan smaller homes are actually easier to film. Just make sure you have whole lighting and you may need to go a little wider. Same process just more of the house shown as a final product.
Great video - thanks for all the super helpful info. I wonder if you can tell me if you are shooting using the DJI app, or do you film with just the regular Iphone camera app?
I recommend using the internal camera app as long as it allows you to shoot in 60 frames per second... that part is very important to achieve slow motion. I also recommend an app called “Filmic Pro” which is an app I used to use on my Samsung Note.
I will usually just change my sequence settings to 2160 X 3840 (portrait) then fit each clip by sliding it left and right. That way I don’t have to shoot twice. Reels can only be 1 min so usually need to edit one specifically for IG anyway
Great video! My photographer suggested I buy the DJI OM, cool of him. I also buy and flip a lot of rentals. Like you stated I'll use my photographer for my high end stuff but this is gonna take my walk throughs of remodels and rentals to the next level.
DJI Mimo app for the talking head stuff. Standard iPhone camera app to shoot the home (60fps). Edited the video using Adobe Premiere Pro. Thanks for watching!
Very informative and well edited! I am just now getting into shooting real estate video and little did I know my Pixel 6 Pro has a very capable camera. Excellent tips!
I will use the trigger when I’m panning from the floor up. When I’m panning side to side, turning a corner or when I go from the ceiling down I will usually do it manually.
Within the DJI app theres a mode called "Active Track" similar to what people use to get drone footage of themselves. It allows you to put a box around your face and it will track your face.
@@realestateagentdevelopment I was going to ask the same question, does this mean you always shoot the video using the DJI App or can you not just shoot it using the Iphones regular camera and if so, is there a "mode" on that too you should use . . also, what software do you use for editing and lastly how do you get the "warp drve" effect between shots
@@robertward007 I use the standard iPhone camera app set to 4k 60fps (fun fact I accidentally shot this video in 1080p 60fps). I use the DJI app only when shooting talking head stuff of myself because I can utilize the "Active Track" feature. I use Adobe Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro, and sometimes iMovie. I do usually transfer the footage to my laptop to edit. Effects and speed ramping is a little different depending on the editing program. In Adobe Premiere Pro and Rush its simple to create speed ramps within a clip. I do have an Adobe Premiere Rush tutorial on the channel as well. I plan to do the other softwares in the future.
I’ve always thought about doing this. But didn’t know if it looked unprofessional or not. I especially thought about doing this as my wide angle lens using my iPhone 13. Was always wondering if this would be a turn off to some realtors or not
I mean I’d challenge any agent to know the difference however I do think most agents would take issue if they paid for a video and the videographer showed up with just an iPhone and gimbal. That being said… I’ve seen it done by professionals. If it’s clean it can be done.
Would you recommend doing this for a showing that is not listed by you? Btw this is great content. I bought the ZHIrun I think is brand not a big fan of it. Think I want the dji
I had an agent who was doing an open house at someone else's listing ask me to come out and show him this to advertise for the open house. With the listing agents permission of course, we went out to the vacant home and shot one of these to advertise the open house. I have also showed up to opens a little early and pulled out my phone and shot a quick open house marketing video and used iMovie to add interior still photos with "Ken Burns" effect enabled. This is a quick easy way to do a video. If you have agents in your office that don't mind you advertising their listings than yes I think this is great marketing for your social media.

I would say “follow” is probably best for beginners. I will sometimes use “fpv” mode to get certain shots.
For wide angle shots with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, will that be good enough without the additional wide lens attachment? Thanks!
Yes the wide angle on the iPhone is wide enough in fact it might even be wider than needed. I usually don’t even go as wide as possible in the iPhone.
