Dude I just discovered your page and WOW. I'm trying to learn all of this, been in real estate 6 years but never committed to learning this until now. Just bought the DJI gimbal SE, Mic 2 & mini mic set. Now I just have to learn how to use it and learn how to edit on CapCut.
Awesome stuff man, im a mortage LO that use to do real estate videos and I want to provide this service to my referral partners to get my business going since ive only been an LO for a year. Sold all my gear yesrs ago and looking to get back in with my phone. Thanks for these!
I use two different royalty free platforms. 1) Epidemic Sound and 2) Audiio . They are both paid subscriptions… if you want to use free then I recommend using the trending audio that is built into the CapCut desktop app because most of that audio is licensed on TikTok and Instagram already.
Great tips. Are you letting the iPhone 16 pro choose your exposure, or are you setting that yourself? If so, how are you selecting your exposure settings? Do you shoot 1/125 and f? and adjust your Iso, or....what? Thanks in advance.
I use both… I prefer the quality from the OP 3 for vlogging and b roll at open houses or events. I like the wider angle of the iPhone for real estate videos like this one. I like that I can keep my videos out of my phones iCloud when I use the OP3
Thank you. You can do it all in the Free CapCut Desktop app. Heres another video I made explaining| th-cam.com/video/yDP4ILJ_fJM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ihwgp8UrPXVDKhgF
I know you recorded this with the native iPhone video recording app, but what video recording app do you recommend using now? Been following your videos and got the DJI osmo 6 and have been practicing with some sample videos using the DJI recording app, but is there a better app that you suggest?
The app I like to use is the black magic camera app. If you are shooting on iPhone you can use BMCA to shoot in apple log and choose a more reasonable file format so the files aren’t so huge. Then color grade in CapCut.
Which effect/ transition did you use when you go from front to inside? I have the DJI OM 5 is the Osmo Mobile 6 worth the upgrade? I also heard you can hook up the DJI mic receiver and it will hold the additional weight. Is that correct?
The transition is called “pull-in” in CapCut. I owned the DJI OM5 as well… it’s not worth the upgrade they are very similar. My OM5 is the only DJI product I bought that just stopped working one day it wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth. Yes the mic 2 receiver works with the gimbal.
Yes I have used it… it works. You can also connect your DJI mic 2 to the iphone directly using Bluetooth but you have to download a third party camera app like Black Magic Camera.
@@realestateagentdevelopment I watched some audio comparisons using them via Bluetooth and most say the audio quality is not the same your thoughts? When you use the osmo 6 with the mic 2 RX do you center the phone as if you were just using the phone alone? Or do you shift the phone a little to try and even out the weight with the RX?
I’m not an android user but I’d say the latest Pixel or Galaxy would be the best option. I know I’ve seen Pixel videos that look better than iPhone. I like the ease of use of owning all apple products… I used to use Android but just the simple process of uploading to google drive and then downloading on my PC started to bother me. With Apple I just airdrop the footage it takes a minute or so and then I can start the edit on my MacBook.
Great movements, loved them. But the end video was hella laggy.......I think you may be adjusting the speed incorrectly dude. I always check your videos, so not being negative, just giving honest feedback as you could have a much smoother end product. If you're shooting 4K + 60 FPS, then you should be slowing to 40% total speed, not above.
Thanks for taking the time to write this comment I have to say I 100% disagree. I shoot 4k30 fps on the talking head stuff and 4k60 fps on the stuff I’m going to slow down… 50% speed turns the 4k60 to 30fps playback so it’s all the same. 40% would be equivalent to a 36fps playback.
@ unsure as all different in the USA versus here, I think camera’s shoot at frame rates I believe. Can’t speak to the exact issue, you’d have to check, but it’s mad laggy my friend so gotta find a solution there 👍
IPhone 6 or iPhone 16? I personally like the idea of having a separate system for filming videos to an SD card so I love my Osmo Pocket 3 but the focal length is 20mm which is not quite as wide as I’d like but still looks good. The iPhone 16 pro has a wide angle 13mm lens which is much better for real estate. I’d say it’s probably a toss up because I like the footage from the Osmo Pocket but I like the focal length of the iPhone 16. An iPhone 6 has a focus length of around 29mm which isn’t wide enough so if you mean iPhone 6 I’d choose the Osmo Pocket hands down. Thanks for watching!
@@realestateagentdevelopment oops, my bad. I meant to type iPhone 16. Thanks for answering my question. I was leaning toward the Osmo Pocket 3 but I'm concerned that it's not wide enough in smaller, urban spaces. However it looks like a good place to start. Thanks for providing all the great content
Thanks. I asked because mine feels a little unstable (I stop moving but iphone keeps moving a little). I am using the OM5. Thanks I will check to see if I have it set to follow mode.

Thanks man… that’s a good idea!
May I ask what’s the background music you used? Is that a free app for choosing the background music? Thanks!

Do you prefer to shoot each room, stop filming then start filming again in a new room?
I’d like to know as well bc I shoot continuously so it’s easier in editing? But if there’s an easier way please elaborate
Great tips. Are you letting the iPhone 16 pro choose your exposure, or are you setting that yourself? If so, how are you selecting your exposure settings? Do you shoot 1/125 and f? and adjust your Iso, or....what? Thanks in advance.
I will use exposure lock sometimes when the windows are too bright but most of the time I have it in Auto
Great video, would be great to see how you edit with the speed ramps
Thanks I appreciate that. Here’s a video showing how I edit these: th-cam.com/video/yDP4ILJ_fJM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=DACq3we-rSYp9d6E
Thank you! Your work is amazing!!
Thank you so much… I appreciate that!
Hi, great video. What mode are you using on your gimbal when recording houses?
I typically just use follow mode on the gimbal.
Wicked video man! Been shooting some of my own home tours for a long time. Love the tactics you used thanks
Thanks for watching Brandon!
quick question, were you using the 0.5x wide angle to shoot this video? or use direct 1x
I was in the widest angle and I shot 4k 60 frames per second in the native iPhone camera app then slowed the footage down to .5 or 50%.
do you use the iPhone for videos mostly or the DJI OSMO pocket 3?
I use both… I prefer the quality from the OP 3 for vlogging and b roll at open houses or events. I like the wider angle of the iPhone for real estate videos like this one. I like that I can keep my videos out of my phones iCloud when I use the OP3

Does it need to be a DJI selfie stick to make a great video or no ?
what android phone is good for video of real estate? thanks

Rec.709 or Apple LOG?
I shot this one using the native camera app in the iPhone. I didn’t use Apple Log in this video.
@@realestateagentdevelopment Appreciate the response
Would an iPhone 16 do just as good a job?
Yes… I believe it’s the same wide angle camera on both.
What are your gimbal settings?
I use follow mode on the gimbal.
