Not really it's just a back up so he doesn't get backlash if someone actually dies in the labyrinth, he can just say they didnt equip the item so it's on them
More or less the bosses are just going on a nap and because they don't have brain to think besides food and survival its more like a zoo where the animals are just chilling and having the fun to hunt when they spot a prey
One question: Can she make a greenhouse floor? - Perfect temperature - High humidity - High air pressure (air density, makes plants grow faster) - UV light - Constant daytime - All year round - Bring in some high quality soil or do some kind of hydroponics setup, Ramiris could literally design anything she can imagine, make the containers out of glass or diamond. - She can't make living organisms, we know she can make water, but what about minerals? Could she just make giant reservoir with optimal liquids for hydroponics that gets circulated through irrigation automatically? Have to will it to "refill" every once in awhile and "empty" the output at the end, do that like once a month and everything's great. - ZERO chance of weeds, grass, pests - Opportunity for labor for Tempest residents - Have a couple Dryads be the overseers and use their magic to optimize things - Have multiple "rooms" or "floors" with different climates, tropical, mellow, etc, to provide PERFECT conditions for each plant: coffee, rubber trees, vineyards for wine, etc - Could get advice from their buds in Eurazania since they specialize in field farming. - Let Apito's swarm (Armageddon Bees or whatever their called), make a home on that floor to pollenate stuff, they'd be happy as clams, it would be good for the plants, and get miracle honey in addition to everything else. Whether or not Ramiris can make UV light through her dungeon on her own is the main question to me, but everything else seems... fine...? Already confirmed she can do all that? Even if she can't with her Ultimate skill, perhaps she could make some other magical device that can accomplish the light problem. Seems like a good puzzle for her to tackle that she'd definitely be able to pull off. It seems like an obvious thing to pursue and could make Tempest capable of producing massive amounts of high quality food and other plant-related materials with minimal labor and giant profits, in ANY season. Likewise, what about creating some kind of fish farm? Anyway, this all just feels like such a missed opportunity to me and is one of the first things I would have pursued.
Capable yes, eventually the rest of the Dryads will move into the labyrinth. However the one concern for food product would be its exposure to Valdora's magicules
She did that in the light novels. There are treant forests with elfs caring for them, fields of flowers with Apito's bees producing honey, hippokute herb farms and so much more.
Fun fact and small Spoiler: The Surface above the Labyrinth can be considered Floor Zero allowing Ramiris to transport the full of the City to another floor like she did with the housing now on Floor 95. The mana drain to do so is too great for her and as said in this video Veldora quite literally gets used as the Battery to sustain the effect. Also small Spoiler: Ramiris can also change the destination of the Labyrinth's entrance to any location in it allowing her to split up any large attacking force further contributing the the defensive value of her ability.
TO BE FAIR ABOUT THE RESURRECTION COLLAR, most of those boss monsters live like that anyways, they get their fill of food and entertainment, they don't die when they mess up, and they are in their own "domain", that being said, there is almost no chance at having relations with others of your kind but hey, we all watch anime, I think we can relate.
This season in particular they are worth more than ever given it's a real snooze fest the power scaling ramped up a bit too fast so it's onto talk no jutsu and how to be a oligarch in a new world already. 😂
Two questions: 1) Does Shion's "Master Chef" allow her to bend the rules of reality within the labyrinth? 2) If Ramiris swore loyalty to Rimuru or became his subordinate would "Food Chain" allow him to use Mazecraft?
1. It does work to an extent, but doesn't affect the general labyrinth power at all. Like @thomaszimmer371 said, at prime Ramiris holds absolute authority. 2. As far as I'm aware, her power was born with her as part of her and not simply a skill to be utilised ( otherwise ciel would absolutely have a field day, as she can do power readings and video recording for instance but only with Ramiris' permission). A case study would be Diablo who was unique even amongst primordials as he was born with the ability for instant resurrection ( not other primordial has this and has to take time to resurrect like the True Dragons, its one of the primary reasons Diablo is pointless to fight as even if you kill him he will pop back up with your power noted and a countermeasure prepared. (Also I may be wrong but Diablo can also cross dimensions as an extra ability as well hence why Feldway never used space-time transfer on him)). Anyway to my knowledge Rimuru hasn't gotten that ability as of yet and so he also wouldn't inherit Ramiris' power purely from the food chain skill.
Rimuru cant access ramiris skill because its not a skill in real way that food chain takes control of, its her inherent power of a deity downscaled due to corruption
An intentional Danmachi dungeon...sounds alot better than the actual Danmachi dungeon lol since it straight up just wants to brutally kill you at all times.

Just waiting for my boy the Mist Lord to become a main subordinate character of Rimuru, but probably won’t get that until next season. At least we’ve met Zegion and Apito in slime diaries.
I know quite a few people who aren't as excited for the arc after Rimuru and Hinata clash because the lack of action afterwards. I on the other hand, just love the world building and especially the building of Jura Federation in the manga, and novel of Tensura. Seeing this arc animated has gotten me so excited and honestly I was a bit sad that we didn't get to see more of the after party because I for some reason really loved Hinata's lil venture of eating Raman and Gyoza along with seeing how easy it's been to travel to Tempest, Lodging, Camp Areas, Water Holes, etc. I was really hoping we'd see Luminas' and her shenanigans with wanting to see Hinata's body more, the food and party they'd part-take in, Raphael condoning Rimuru for leaking top secret technology that Tempest was developing. To continue onwards, the Labyrinth Dungeon is 100% my most favorite part any time it's been mentioned. It speaks to me because we've all been there where WE want to OWN a Dungeon and have people fight in it as we've littered it with death traps, hard bosses, treasures, and so on then show up as the big bad final boss. I'm loving this so much and I know what's going to happen next vaguely and I can't wait to see it all.
Dam, i am an anime only watcher but i am eating these episodes and arc alonside with these informative videos, like they are peak fiction, i love all this world-building and development, this arc better than the previous hinata holy church thing in my opinion
Can you please make a video explaining the new sword that was given to rimuru? I would like a good explanation of how strong this weapon can become in the future
Other than extreme durability there's nothing special about it. There's no need for any ability since rimuru already possess thousands of them and creat new ones if he want. So only focus was on durability. The holes they mention would be in next season of after that.
hmmm Ainz "guild"? I think you meant Nazarik? But either way, I would guess something like... - Nazarik, is a dungeon designed to kill all invaders with the sole purpose of never being "cleared"... - DanMachi, the dungeon is most likely IT SELF, alive and an ACTUAL sentient entity... - Ramiris dungeon, is just and quite LITERALLY an "Ant farm"... no, seriously, think about it! IT's an ant farm, where only imagination and the ammount of magicules to support it are the limit! Kind of reminds me of what an old friend of mine told me along time ago about "God being a Kid with an ant farm" so, that one kind of stuck with me to this day.
@@Across_ Sorry, my mistake. So Nazarik is a dungeon and not a fortress? The idea is that each floor gets harder to infiltrate, instead of all defenses are at the gates?
@@igorlopes2808 All good man, I was just a bit confused when I saw "Guild" + dungeon + dungeon. ^^; Idk about all defenses being "at the gates" but... that, to me only serves to prove that Nazarik "is suspposed to be unclearable". Still, to me at least, Nazarik IS both a dungeon (according to the Yggdrasil game's standards) and a fortress (the place where the demons, undead, antropomorphs, etc, live) because it is a "home" that must be defended at all costs.
I was a but confused on the economy of this, as adventurer's would have to be spending more (on lodging, collars, food etc.) than they would earn on average for the labyrinth to make money, so unless the labyrinth worked more like gambling than a real job people would soon realise it wasn't worth it. But then I remembered the monsters and monster drops are being created for free automatically by Veldora, so it's more like a mine or a farm that conveniently deals with all the mosters spawned by Veldora's aura!
Veldora is greatest resource for tempest. He is the reason why rimuru can name that many subordinates. Tempest special full potions are created by hipokute herb which only grow in place with high concentrations of magiculs, same for magic ore and magic steel.
Nah the main nightmare part in Re:Zero is the fact that Subaru can't tell anyone about the return by death and no one remebers, while here you just die come back while retaining experience of fighting, i would say that it's far closer to Kazuma Nightmare as it matches really well.
The only downside about the Ramiris' revival bracelets it can exploited by an enemy, like when Dino was trying to kidnap or harm Ramiris, and Zegion defended Ramiris, Dino lost, died, and was revived by the bracelet.
I think the actual reason Ramiris isn't taken to seriously is because outside of her dungeon, she isn't that powerful. We didn't see what she is capable of in the anime, but I think her status is something around "if she attacks you you win, if you attack her you lose" which is enough to make her a demon lord.
In my opinion, the resurrection collar actually makes Rimuru's labyrinth even more like the Danmachi dungeon. For anyone who is not up to date on Danmachi, be warned you may encounter spoilers after this. POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD In Danmachi, I believe season 3, it is discovered that there are monsters that get born from the dungeon with human level intelligence and even wills and drive outside of the normal instincts to kill people. After that, Bell learns that all monsters have a rebirth cycle just as the humans and demi humans do. That means that Rimuru's use of the resurrection collar actually mirrors the reincarnation cycle of Danmachi monsters, or more accurately the Danmachi floor bosses since not all monsters have the collars.
I love Ramiris. People just simply forget that SHE IS (at her peak) ON PAR WITH GUY CRIMSON (Primordial Red) Don't forget that she helped Guy subdue a rampaging Milim. That alone proves how OP Ramiris can be. Coupled with the fact that she reincarnates, she's basically immortal. I love our adorable little pixie
I loved that one image we got of Ramiris in season 2 when Elyun/Eren told the story or Milim and the dragon. Seeing a full Fairy Queen comforting the grieving girl alongside Guy. I like to think that in her full potential, Ramiris is very motherly. As opposed to the childlike persona she has now
Yeah. Ramiris take personality traits of her form. She is currently a child so she is childish and when she grow older she become more mature. Not really a spoiler since it was supposed to told there. But still a spoiler WARNING. She is also the one who stop her rampage which even guy couldn't do it. That's also why she become reincarnating fairy that we currently see. And why guy is become enemy to whoever try to harm ramiris.
Yeah, I ordered the three T-shirts set about a month ago and still haven’t received anything. They said they’d be sending around this time this month. I’m still waiting though. Looking forward to it though looks though.
Should be shipped out in a week or 2. We're doing them in batches and just finished up batch 2 which was orders from around June 10th and before. Thanks for waiting! I promise it's worth it.
Hold on, now I haven't watched the anime/read the LN, but in the Manga Ramiris mentions that she can't create weather and similar "environmental" effects within her dungeon, which is why Millim needed to grab some elemental dragons for them to add into the dungeon to produce these environmental effects.
Yep, but i think it's the scale thats the problem after all what Rimuru asked is equivalent to a natural disaster, not only that but according to Ramiris in the anime the entire thing might be possible but the mana to upkeep them will be unreasonable
Honestly Ramiris' power is entirely balanced by the simple fact it only works inside her Labyrinth or in close proximity. Like, absolute god-level reality warping power, but only in a specific place. If you're not in the place, she can't use it against you.
Slime has bunch of spin-off that explained more about tempest and labyrinth. Some of them are cancelled and spoiler for anime and manga watchers but they still give a lot of information. Auther of slime actually like writing extras stories like that so much he want to quicly end main story in next volume of LN( volume 22). Anime is only at volume 8 so there's still enough contents for 4-5 more seasons.
Anime is around 6 episodes off from catching the Manga. If anyone wants to find out how the Labyrinth launch goes, the Manga goes into it very thoroughly as well. From memory, we have the hero Masayuki introduction, the tournament, the Labyrinth launch, and then the reveal of big bad for this arc.
Imagine another anime starts and it's settings is the city of tempest but way into the future, and they're goal would be like reaching the end of the labyrinth.
You know I wonder how the labyrinth compares to the library from library of ruina, though they both operate with different goals they still have the same inherent rule of permission… technically.
I don't think the bosses should be pitied. As monsters they live to fight and get stronger, which they can do safely without the risk of dying and for a decent wage to boot. I'm sure they are grateful to Rimuru and Ramiris for giving them such an environment.
Thanks for watching everyone! More Tensura & ToG to come.

@@Across_ Sorry, my mistake. So Nazarik is a dungeon and not a fortress? The idea is that each floor gets harder to infiltrate, instead of all defenses are at the gates?
@@igorlopes2808 All good man, I was just a bit confused when I saw "Guild" + dungeon + dungeon. ^^;
Idk about all defenses being "at the gates" but... that, to me only serves to prove that Nazarik "is suspposed to be unclearable".
Gotta be a good feeling to see 5k ppl seen your vid only an hour after ya posted keep bring us what ya bring Ani-sam❤
16:51 The Re:Zero Nightmare all over again😢
Nah the main nightmare part in Re:Zero is the fact that Subaru can't tell anyone about the return by death and no one remebers, while here you just die come back while retaining experience of fighting, i would say that it's far closer to Kazuma Nightmare as it matches really well.
The only downside about the Ramiris' revival bracelets it can exploited by an enemy, like when Dino was trying to kidnap or harm Ramiris, and Zegion defended Ramiris, Dino lost, died, and was revived by the bracelet.
I enjoy watching your videos keep up the good work ❤💪
Glad you made this video 😁😁😁
Awesome video
These explanations are always so nice to have. I was really hoping you’d cover tower of god again too
If Ramiris went back in her full Fairy Queen form she is basically Arcueid/Archetype Earth
Rimuru be like : -- Veldora the magical generator 😂😂😂
Awesome video I’m looking forward to the dragons video and just more slime videos in general.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA amazing to see a video just POSTED now
Rimuru's labyrinth could honestly be the basis of an anime all on it's own.
I would so love to actually try my hand at the dungeon. Don't have to worry about really dying so can let loose.
Dungeon Craft would make an awesome videogame.
I want to make my own dungeons.
Oh my sweet summer child…
I think the actual reason Ramiris isn't taken to seriously is because outside of her dungeon, she isn't that powerful. We didn't see what she is capable of in the anime, but I think her status is something around "if she attacks you you win, if you attack her you lose" which is enough to make her a demon lord.
Awesome. Thanks for the video.
The Time Rimuru discovered Capitalism 😂
Its BEEN about capitalism
I wonder if they'd use that power to fight off the Angels.
hope u're doing well bro. I've been a silent listener of ur content and secretly observing u're channel. BE SAFE and HEALTHY always, Amen 😊
In my opinion, the resurrection collar actually makes Rimuru's labyrinth even more like the Danmachi dungeon. For anyone who is not up to date on Danmachi, be warned you may encounter spoilers after this.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD
In Danmachi, I believe season 3, it is discovered that there are monsters that get born from the dungeon with human level intelligence and even wills and drive outside of the normal instincts to kill people.
Love ur tensura content
I can't wait for the labyrinth's completion and the shenanigans that follow.
Even I thought Rimuru and Ramiris created Danmachi's universe after centuries of them gone😅
Good video
Great job ❤
Tempest's labyrinth would be a really good game.
What you didn't added is each floor has their own space-time continuum .....
Rimuru’s business experience shows through when talking about the ways to leech money off the adventurers who take on the dungeon.
The "Overlord" reference is funny because both their web novels released their first chapters on the exact same day.
@@AniNews awesome thanks so much! Looking forward to them.
World building with action Sprinkle in is nice
Great 👍🏻 video nice 👍🏻 hype!!!!!!
I can vouch for the quality of the genesis tees, I got all three and love them
There isn't really different from the wn damn. Your vids really still awesome
Hold on, now I haven't watched the anime/read the LN, but in the Manga Ramiris mentions that she can't create weather and similar "environmental" effects within her dungeon, which is why Millim needed to grab some elemental dragons for them to add into the dungeon to produce these environmental effects.
This is correct.
Yep, but i think it's the scale thats the problem after all what Rimuru asked is equivalent to a natural disaster, not only that but according to Ramiris in the anime the entire thing might be possible but the mana to upkeep them will be unreasonable
She can create it but in her weakened state she can't maintain it
They require lot of energy to maintain. So she can do that if she has enough magiculs.

Honestly Ramiris' power is entirely balanced by the simple fact it only works inside her Labyrinth or in close proximity. Like, absolute god-level reality warping power, but only in a specific place. If you're not in the place, she can't use it against you.
She can make a door to labyrinth anywhere so "close to it" can be anywhere.
And it's only limited because she is currently weak.
I hope they turn this into a game, somewhere down the line.
Entering the labyrinth works like accepting the terms and conditions without actually reading them
Her only weakness is boredom and loneliness.
Otherwise, she would immortally be inside her Labyrinth.
Am I the only one who wants a whole series based around an adventure team exploring tempest and the labyrinth? Lol
@@ratre7349 anime is at volume 9-10 i think, but do you know where to read the spinoffs?
I want a story that revolves around the boss monster's situation, that would be interesting
That's basically a marble phantasm, one of the most busted abilities in the nasuverse.
Dungeon Meshi gang would love exploring this dungeon.
they would die on floor 1
I need this arc to start. Need to see zegion
Hey @AniNews please continue Arifrueta cut content, season 3 has been announced to be in production.
10:32 man she got some of the tribaleras boots dawg
Hope you do Tower of God season 2 episode like you did for season 1
Just excited when they start the avatar arc in the labyrinth
Anime is around 6 episodes off from catching the Manga. If anyone wants to find out how the Labyrinth launch goes, the Manga goes into it very thoroughly as well. From memory, we have the hero Masayuki introduction, the tournament, the Labyrinth launch, and then the reveal of big bad for this arc.
I need an MMORPG with this kind of maze/dungeon/endless tower style maze
a dungeon with these guardians would be absolutely impossible to pass
I would love to see an Isekai Protag create an artificial afterlife realm for his or her own purposes preferably via something like Voodoo lol..
I love the idea that rimuru essentially made a real life Sao
Imagine another anime starts and it's settings is the city of tempest but way into the future, and they're goal would be like reaching the end of the labyrinth.
Veldora is the electrian. Wiring the whole structure.
Thumbnail Rimamu looks like he's about to suffocate you with a pillow
i rly like the laberynth idea
So in the LN Ramiris’ labyrinth single-handedly carries the entire Octagram through multiple wars, including against people who low diff True Dragons
From what anime is 16:04 from? Its action looks clean and it makes me want to watch it
Danmachi
So what your saying is that Ramiris can use Kazuma's signature skill?
Remember ramiris use to stop a bloodlust milim and a serious guy while their 2 fighting each other
You know I wonder how the labyrinth compares to the library from library of ruina, though they both operate with different goals they still have the same inherent rule of permission… technically.
I don't think the bosses should be pitied. As monsters they live to fight and get stronger, which they can do safely without the risk of dying and for a decent wage to boot. I'm sure they are grateful to Rimuru and Ramiris for giving them such an environment.
Where are the bosses! Cool video, but ...much, much more detail awaits.
That one “Log Horizon” clip 😂
