I wish you would’ve made an SS tier as some S tier skills are clearly beyond regular levels of S. Such as Beelzebub is S tier so how can Azathoth be consider the same tier. Similarly this works for Raphel -> Ciel (Although Ciel is no longer considered a skill) and Justice King Michael and Akashic Records should also be in this SS tier.

@@Ethereal69 u can ignore some of the balancing aspects if u make it a single player game or a game with 2-4 player koop as an open world game like fallout or skyrim with a small multiplayer option, balance only becomes really important for pvp or ranked events
Veldoras skills are S tier. his probability manipulation is too op. he can just let every attack miis and all your attacks are critical. he can make the imposible happen

Uriel is of the same type as Michael, the more loyal followers you have, the stroger it's absolute defence barrier becomes, the barrier can be coated to a weapon to be used for offense. It's the only skill that could counter Michael, maybe aside from Lucifer.
Add Satanel to that it can counter Michael absolute defense as well

Cause I thought Sataniel is weak against Michael because it has regalia dominion. It can control enemies that has a weakened body or state of mind.

@@rutuldhote1489 In LN Feldway used regalia dominion while she's rampaging against Velzard. Rimuru and Chloe could remove the dominion but Feldway just yeeted Rimuru in other dimension and Chloe is still sleeping after eating Michael's fraction.
Magicule Breeder Reactor is not a sub skill of the Wrath King. It's a Intrinsic Skill inherent from her father and allows her to use her ultimate continually without consequences.
Rimuru's void god azathoth also has one but it works differently i agree that she inherited that from her father but it got merged with her ultimate skill so now inorder to use it she has activate her ultimate skill last time she used in her fight against guy because her power surpassess true demon lords doesn't really use it because it reacts to her anger so its dangerous for her to use it because she loses her control way too easly constantly Rimuru's breeder reactor helps him bring turn null's energy into his body so he has ultimited magic but its really hard to control and its really distructive so ceil just changes the nature of the energy and stores it in the imaginary space so rimuru can use it later so without ceil or Raphael rimuru cant control the power out put of void god azathoth since it can destroy the whole universe and can create it as well

Although I can’t remember the name of the ultimate skill,I vaguely remember veldanava having an ultimate skill that allowed him to know everything;for example everything his creations would accomplish and do,however he discarded the skill because he thought knowing everything about his creations would be boring.
It might have been in the web novel. I think it was “Information King Akashic Records”. Also it wasn’t an “Ultimate Skill” it was an/the “Origin Skill”.

As for “Ahura Mazda” I’m drawing a blank, but according to the wiki (so take it with a grain of salt) Yuuki’s unique skill “Creation” evolved into “Creation lord Ahura Mazda” and then evolved again into “Information King Akashic Records”. Like I said my memory about all this is kinda fuzzy, and what I’ve just said is according to the wiki, so it might not even be canon to the web novel for all I remember.

Azathoth is definitely the strongest skill by far. Its so broken lol and is even called "the strongest skill"
Agreed ceil even created a world system technique of azathoth he used it against Michael called void collapse world of the thousand blooming changes not to mention it has the power to create the universe and distroy it as well

That being said, if could have any of the ultimate skills mentioned, I would definitely take the 4 Rimuru gained as a Demon Lord, that being Beelzebuth lord of gluttony(with additional skills called starvation mode and half starved from the gluttony skill from the beserk of gluttony series;to act as a rage mode), lord of wisdom raphael (with the addition of holy magic, angelic powers, and healing powers on par with keyaru from redo of healer and the mc from the wrong way to use healing magic series;due to the angel raphael being associated with healing), lord of storms Veldora(add the intrinsic skills of dragonewts and true dragonewts, be able to use all parts of the storm element(water, wind, and space) and have electric skills on par with cole macgarth from the infamous series), and lord of vows uriel(add holy magic, angelic powers, and absolute severance(can't help but think that the scans of great sage/raphael/ciel should have found remnants of the unique skill on veldora while scanning unlimited imprisonment and veldora body remnants within Rimuru's stomach)), due to the fact that it's a great combo to be reasonably op😉👍.

You’re not judging the skills based on their power & ability alone.. you’re basically judging them on the level of their usage & the user’s proficiency with the skill
1. Veldanava create Angelic and vritual skills, not Demonic skills... sin and demonic was replication of Veldanava creation, basically their are born from sheer disires of strong souls...
2. Uriel was hell of a powerful skill it's S tire without a doubt...
Infinite prison seal person in imaginary number of spatial dimensions... This power also give "Absolute defence" and "Absolute severance"...
No skill in existence can penetrate this defence, besicaly it was second to castle gurd...
Spatial and skill management, Veldanava use this power to understand all other skills... If this skill not exist, Raphael won't create any skill...
Law manipulation: no need for explanation...
3. "Yok-sothoth was disable by Michael"... I really don't understand what the hell are you saying here...
Anyway, Chloe one shot Michael with a simple technique that use time control and life control...
This skill is the only power that can be used in Suspended world, hell like power...
Time leep was certain restrictions only because it's revind the whole existence, the time line Chloe exists is the true one...
4. Chaos king Nyerlathoep was easily S category,
Seeker of truth: Veldora can get all knowledge and see anything in existence... ( He basically replicate digital nature from Rimuru with just watching it)...

True but Reverse fate isn't only power that can be used in suspended world. Rather Chloe can use her every power in there . Besides Chloe no one can use their power in there (it's understandable cuz her very power representate space time)

I usually rank an ultimate skill based on the always available sub-skills in every ultimate skill, Spatial domination-Space-time Domination and Multilayer Barrier-Multidimensional barrier. If it has spatial domination then it will always be ranked below anything that has space-time manipulation and space-time domination and that quickens the ranking by alot.

You can also rank them base on the title of lord or God in the name

I think that when Rimuru was fighting Michael in Heavens Tower and Chronoa showed up to help she gave Rimuru some power in the form of the sub-skill Suspended World.
No she gave him hope king serial so he now can control the circle of reincarnation he was able to move in the suspended world because he evolved into a digital lifeform like ceil so now he u can say that now he is part digital lifeform / true dragon/true demon lord/ slime/human
He got the ability to stop time after beating Michael
So if u are a digital life form it doesn't matter if u have the ability to stop time or not u can still move in the suspended world/ ceil just wanted chloe to buy time while rimuru was evolving into a digital life form and now he is the power to reincarnate himself even without veldora but i might take few years to fully reincarnate so its better that he doesnt have to use it but i dont really know how it works and so far it has only 1 known sub skill

I think Covenant King uriel is atleast A tier boarderline S tier. it stated that like catle guard it also powered by the user allies or support. They're on same level of the user have someone support them atleast that what rudra said. Correct me if im wrong

Nah after Rudra pierce Castle Guard with Absolute Severance enhanced by Covenant King Uriel, you gotta put it higher. By that alone it's on par if not better. And also, Raphael skill is A tier max, the reason Raphael-san is powerful is because Rimuru developed its ego since it was Great Sage. Ego is a huge part of power level as we know from how flimsy the angels are despite their huge existance value.
Knowledge King Raphael is A Tier but Wisdom King Raphael is a mutation of the former due to possessing an ego or having more sub skills.
So does RImaru still have like great sage to talk to now that Raphiel is Ciel, like how Tony Stark swapped out Jarvis for Friday when Jarvis became Vision?

Correction to Velgrynd's Charity King Raguel. Parallel Existence *was not* part of the ultimate skill. She acquired Parallel Existence separately and some time *after* Veldora was put into the imaginary prison. Otherwise Veldora would have told Rimuru that she had that power before Rimuru went off to face Emporor Rudra. Rudra did have access to Velgrynd's parallel existence skill via Justice King Michael however.
Also, Diablo's Temptation King Azazel doesn't "control" people without ultimate skills. At least not in a brainwash / free will removing way like Yuki or Michael's abilities. It gives Diablo ultimate control over the soul of a person who submits to him, similar to the mercy skill Rimuru got early on which was more focused on instant killing people. Meaning people who had their will broken by Diablo he can take their life at any time and he can know where those people are and what their true feelings are at any time. That's how he keeps tabs on Razen among other people that submitted to him. They can rebel against him if they want but he can just take their soul if they do.
From what I remember your description is for the unique skill tempter it could just be that the ultimate skill is the same thing just at the ultimate level that idk
