Day 6: ✅ well I'm even doing full body workout cause trying to lose face fat without losing body fat means nothing. Day 7 : ✅ even a proper diet is needed. Yes definitely! Need to avoid as much friction as possible because you can cause yourself wrinkles if your skin is dry.
