Hey, at the moment I don't use butter daily. Not for any specific reason. I just prefer the feel of the oil alone sometimes. After the gym, I use butter for deeper moisturising and if I wearing my beard fully out (not tied), I'll use butter for hold. I hope that helps? JJ
Our shampoo is harsh, it's a low pH gentle shampoo, it's designed to clean the hair from everyday dirt, dust and sweat etc. Naturally produced oil won't do that. Like any wash, it may remove a little natural oil in the process but so will swimming, washing with water, getting caught in heavy rain etc. The beard oil is a leave-in conditioner which helps keep the hair feeling soft, manageable and smelling great throughout the day. See them as supplements to the process, not replacements. I hope that helps.
