Then i started to mess with the goate.. and looked uneven.. cut to much.. then sadly had to go with a #6 guard.. but video is very helpful.. once i get my beard too this lengh this video well make my beard appearance look amazing thanks a ton

Hey bro! The best advice I can give when getting a bead trim is SPEAK UP. Be very vocal and very specific about what you want. Showing pictures helps greatly as well. Often times barbers will just what looks cleanest or what they feel looks best - and that will not always align with what you think. Be sure to very clearly explain what you want, don't be afraid to repeat yourself or say something if they start going a direction that you don't want!
TEXTURE THE CORNERS "DO NOT ROUND" especially with a longer thick dense Beard! My personal professional advice,- - want it as natural as possible....Beard On Men!!!

I grew my beard out for 2 years once a few years ago. Trying to give it another go but I'm only about 5 months in so far.

How long did that take to grow I shaved mine after 18 months totally regret it now oh well bck 2 the start
