Awesome! One thing I would change in hindsight is to crumble the bacon in the food processor too, so that it’s finer and sticks to the corn better. Crumbling by hand the chunks were large, which was very tasty but we didn’t get as much coverage.
I would have cut the corn off the cob mysalf, but looks really good.
