    so glad you released this! in love your morning routine stretch video and was waiting for a nighttime one, glad you included some transition time in between sets too, feels less rushed.

    stretching before sleeping is definitely the way to go! been trying to incorporate it more into my routine, so i’m going to start using this one tonight!

      @@toneandtighten Hello sir, I want to ask you a question. I am a basketball player who is 15 years old and I have flat foot and a little bit of knock knees. I watch your exercise videos about these topics and I have a question. In a week how many times I need to do those exercises. And can I do flat foot and knock knees exercises in a same day. If you answer that will be great for me because I had to much foot and lower back pain. Also I had so much pain inside of my knee. Sometimes I scared of cruciate ligament tear…

    Thanks for these tips! Gonna give them a try later tonight. Personally, I’ve struggled with insomnia at several points of my life and suspect that, for me, it’s tied to stress and anxiety. Was prescribed some sleeping pills at some point, and they worked - to an extent. Unfortunately, I could feel them working much less effectively over time, especially in terms of sleep quality. Stopped after a couple of weeks and I was back to square one. Decided to try a new tact and picked meditation and some supplements. I have to say that after a few months using the Waking Up app as well as standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract and magnesium, I’ve never slept better in my life. Hoping to add these stretches in to get the most out of it!

      Stretching really helps you to sleep well at night. I started doing these a few years back and its been a habit. Since my recent accident i haven't been able to move around as much but I too have looked into herbal supplements! I got Akarali Tongkat Ali and its been great!

    Hello, I have had swelling and knee pain for 4 or 5 months. I think the cause of the pain is the patella tendon. I went to the doctor, but it didn't help. The lower part of my knee cap has been swollen for a long time. It has been swollen for 4 or 5 months. What should I do? The pain has decreased a lot, but the swelling has not gone away. What should I do please help

      Have you had any past or current knee injury besides that, if so seek some ice and apply. If not it could be overusing it so rest is crucial,if all of the above fail and it worsens find a leg or knee clinic.

    Hi, are gym exercises enough to fix bad posture or should i do extra exercises at home?

      Great question, @sertzanchouseinko6224! Depends on WHICH gym exercises you are doing. And are you combining your strengthening with stretching? Performing the right stretches and the right strengthening exercises can improve posture and reduce pain; both can be done in a gym or at home.

    its cause i have epilepsy , so when ever i feel extremely sleepy thats a sign that im abt to have a seizure so i just keep moving and watching yt until i dont feel extremely sleepy, but its really hard to know if its a seizure or if i actually just need to go to sleep
