Even I had an experience from another site called shrus I ordered a saree when it came it was of low quality and damaged I messaged them and they told to send it back so I asked should I pay the courier charge and when I told I will complain in consumer court they told they will take it back at last they took it back but the saree is not available again so they told me to check out again another but there wasn't another one of the same cost and I ordered of less amount and I got a saree which is ok but for me it was total loss of 400 rs.

It's better if someone can go by law and report this in court instead of reporting it to their page or you tube. Also there is no point talking about the shit you faced, because that either spoils your name or your valuable time. Better stand up for yourself and fight for your money, if your case is valid, you can even ask them to pay you extra for ruining your time, money and mental health.. So better go for a court case.
