Worst experience. Ordered a kurthy and done payment in July 2022. Now it's October 2023 still no updates about the order. All the customer care numbers are switched off. The team will be very nice and sweet till you place the order and after that no reply will be given. She is such a fraud.

Have been facing the same issue with Zuhriyaa. Ordered my product in September and is still waiting. All their customer care numbers are switched off. A couple of times they've responded stating that the product will be delivered in next week and apologizing for their late replies as insta dm is flooded.They mostly don't respond to messages send in instagram even after they are seen. Once I started asking them the refund, there is no reply.
If you can't deliver the products in time or as per the dates you mentioned why should you take bulk orders and do a flash sale now and then? I hope all these comments aren't fake since I came to know few of my friends had the same issue which was resolved only after they went to the store directly.

@nischithaagowda6012 Hi.. Hope you won't mind me replying. And I also ordered from that Zuhriyaa page on April month, still didn't receive anything. But they responding to me daily, for that you have to send 100 or more message in a minute or so. Just copy your message and send it continuously, don't give any interval until they see your message. That's how I make them respond to me daily. And regarding language, inform them to talk in English. They will see the message but won't respond but you have to text them again continuously and ask them to talk in English. They're still responding every time to me, whenever I text without any interval.
Said my order will be dispatched coming week.

I had the same experience. I contacted them so many times asking for a refund but I never got it. Finally after 6 months i got the product with half of it missing and 2 sizes bigger than me. I can't use it and they are still not responding to me after i told them. If I try to alter this, i will have to spend a lot cause its really big for me. Time ആയിട്ടും കിട്ടിയില്ല. അങ്ങനെ chechi കുറെ അവരെ വിളിച്ചു ചീത്ത പറഞ്ഞു. By luck last wk ചേച്ചിയുടെ kitti. എന്റെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇന്നും കൂടി വിളിച്ചു അവരുമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. കേസ് kodukkan തന്നെ ആണ് plan

I had the same issue with Zuhriyaa. Ordered on flash sale the same lavender kurti. Had to wait for 5 months and had made a complaint in the consumer court to finally get my order.
The most irritating thing was no response from their side for one month. All those events were over & when I finally got it it was like no use.
Their main problem is taking bulk orders through flash sales without completing pending orders.

I ordered one Kurthi from Zuhriyaa (INR 1800) on June 2022 and I still didn't receive it. Today's date is 10th Jan 2023. I tried to connect them everyday and they don't respond or respect what I have ordered. I genuinely feel that Zuhriyaa is not at all a good option. They are perfectly fake!
