You are lucky if they ever replied to your message or if their picked up the phone. For me, phone line does not exist ennu message vannu. I got fooled by their videos and camera quality and ordered again and again. Two of them have never arrived yet. One salwar set arrived and the material is just trash. The thread was pulled everywhere in the design. In the video she posted, material was top notch!! Every single day that lady Anna has time to post videos but no time to dispatch ordered from even 6-8 months back. someone should send a compliant to consumer court. I could have but since I’m out of india it is difficult 😡

@@ncnc1882 Actually they should mandatorily give bill if customer demands it. If price increases due to issuing bill its fraud. Initially pay by gpay and when u leave try asking for a bill. If they dont give u one, file a complaint with the gst officer.
