i havent ordered anything from them ,but while watching the videos and the way they respond to comments, i never felt positive - extreme disrespectful and rude towards each and every comments, sarcastic and arrogant. they arent expected to tolerate any sort of ill behaviour or comments but there needs to be a minimal courtsey to ppl who enquires,being in a business. they dont know how to handle that side,rather they sound like they dont care .. may be they dont realize at all that their existance is purely dependent on customers and ppl have a wide range of choice these days to hop on to..
I have placed an order on Apr 19, 2023 and even after 2 -3 follow ups through email there was no response from the Team. As per them the maximum time for delivery is 75 days but in my case it already exceeded 100 days as today is 02 Aug 2023.
