  • In this guided meditation, take some time to pause, recognize and accept what you are feeling, get curious about what's underneath of this feeling, then take care of yourself and your feelings. Begin the process of self-inquiry, be okay with life as it is, and then nurture and open your heart with kindness.
    This practice will help you calm the sense of being overwhelmed and find peace from within and offer yourself with unconditional love and compassion.

You don't believe I exist because the methodical USA government has done this secretly since the 1940's to non- consenting, voiceless humans since then.     This really is beautiful. I had a wonderful moment of realisation but I would have loved more quiet spaces to process the instructions. There was a point where there were many instructions/guidances but no space to think them through. I love this channel so much. I hope it is ok to give you this feedback.

    this was awesome, so needed during the mourning process. I lost my dad 3 months ago, and the recent onset of anger and resentment has been super hard to experience, this has been so very helpful. thank you for what you do.
