There's an immense difference in quality between meditation lead by new age random spiritual and meditation "guides" and by authentic Buddhist gurus. I suggest the latter for mindfulness or anything that's not loaded with western ideals, such as "i am enough" or "i love myself" wordly rubbish. Peace and love x

I realized just how much I batter myself and best myself up. I've let all of my mistakes, even the miniscule ones, eat me up. I've realized who I am, I am a precious child of God, I am a member of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints and I have a firm testimony in my beliefs! Thank you for sharing this beautiful video it has helped me so much, thank you to all who participated in creating this meditation! I feel indescribable after meditating to this. The physical sensations and how distant I got from all my troubles. Troubled thoughts that infect my brain which by extention infects my behavior and largely shapes the lens one perceives the world through. When they're constant, invoking fear and doubt one becomes something like an enchanted marionette. This is the only way to break free. To be free is to live without fear. To live without fear one must be mindful and in tune. One must accept fate. Communication with the self and construction of the higher self from within tunes us in. Once you trust your higher self you can let go. Stay present. Flow with life. Don't think about who you should be. Just be. Flow. Thank you for providing this for us, Sara Raymond. You truly had an impact on me with your words and technique. You are beautiful. Peace out.

I have been following a coaching course which has helped me a lot to process what was going in first in the external and then the internal and today led me here. Love your approach and will follow the weeks course with great interest. 2023 so far has been the worst year of my life and there has been 69 of them. I now desire to find inner peace and calm so I can reconnect with my true self and have better understanding of what I require from my ego mind as clever or useful as it can be.

I finally realized that religion is not useful or true, so I turned to meditation.
I picture stars exploding and some pieces creating me. That's what science proved actually happens.
The universe made me, and even though the universe can't 'think', in some strange way, it obviously wants me here. I try to be grateful for my brief Earth experience. And I try not to be hard on myself when my thoughts stray.

How does one know which ideas to follow and which to ignore? which to take literally and which to take as metaphor?
Which god is the correct one? Isis? Zeus? People in other times and places would say your religion is hogwash.

Wow, I always get anxiety during the countdown whenever I try these types of meditations, fear would consume, and I would never complete it. I still experienced fear which was From myself, however I was able to trust you, and myself this time to go all the way for the first time. I was shocked. Before the countdown, I saw myself in a corner sitting on the ground crying, I released the tension with my exhale, I ran over to myself and hugged myself and said it's ok... this is a bittersweet moment for me. I was amazed at how powerful my mind is. It wants my comfort, acceptance, love, nurture. All the "fearful thoughts" that come into my mind are false, I can let them go as soon as I exhale. I can control everything within me. Thank you to the speaker in the video, you really moved mountains for me in 20 minutes, felt like longer than that too. Thanks 💙
