Everytime I find myself stagnant with my boxing I come across one of your videos, coincidentally always pertains to where I'm stuck at. Thank you for your perspective, expertise, and willingness to share the information. God bless!

Coach Anthony is legit. He gives insight to theory and concepts. Anyone can fire off predetermined combos but a good fighter is adaptable. I agree that fighting is easy in that the concepts are simple. Good fighting isn't memorizing millions of different combos, that's difficult. Fighting is challenging when you're trying to apply the theory against a natural or someone who gets it.

The way you phrase that, that it's all about what you feel like you can get away with, is one of the most important concepts in fighting, and something you rarely hear explicated. It's a constant gauge of the opponent to figure out what you can get away with - then you open up.

From one coach to another, Coach Anthony, you are a great coach. We are so similar in the teaching of boxing. There is something new you can always learn & I enjoy all your videos. I coach along side of Hector Alejandro who trained heavyweight "Baby" Joe Mesi ( Buffalo NY)also Vincent Arroyo, & currently undefeated pro lightweight Wilfredo Flores. We are at Thunder Boxing in N. Tonawanda. between Buffalo & Niagara falls. The owner is pro heavyweight Alex Dedovets aka "The Russian Concussion" who is currently 5 -1 & 2. I told Hector that our style of teaching is so much like yours.

Coach have you heard of the camera frames concept. It is a smart strategy in which you image that your opponent is the picture you are trying to capture and you click a picture at the right moment, trying to measure the opponent . This just came to my head and there is a lot more to it

I think looking at different boxers specialty at entering the house would be cool because I’m looking for more ways to imitate attacks confidentially. Unique like Roy Jones with his leaping hooks, mike Tyson peek-a-boo and breaking houses with his hooks, or looking at lomenchenco how he takes different angles and the punches he throws (more on different angles would be cool, lomenchanco was easy to think of), and maybe guys that want to keep distance and fight on the outside.
And maybe examine fighting styles to see 1) how they get into the house 2) how they are doing damage (looking at combinations) 3) getting out of the house safely.
And in looking at people, your looking at how they are built, and how they are utilizing their build.
